Comprehensive Evaluation And Optimization Of Rural Ecological Environment In Northeast China

To study the development and change of rural ecological environment is helpful to solve various problems encountered in the development of rural ecological environment.Therefore,this paper takes the rural ecological environment in northeast China as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the research background of this paper,the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad,and introduces relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of the research topic of this paper.In order to more accurately grasp the development and change of the rural ecological environment in northeast China,this article from the rural living environment,rural production environment,selected the three elements of the rural ecological environment level 9evaluation index to construct the evaluation index system of the rural ecological environment in northeast China,it is concluded that the rural ecological environment in northeast China by applying the method of composite index from 2003 to 2020,the present development situation,At the same time,the grey system prediction model is used to predict the development and change trend of the rural ecological environment in northeast China from 2021 to 2030,and the comprehensive evaluation and analysis are carried out.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided for the benign development of the rural ecological environment in northeast China.The results show that:From 2003 to 2020 rural living environment in northeast China presents the rising trend,but the rise in small,rural production environment in the three provinces are rise,small overall changes in the rural ecological environment and bluff type decline in 2013,reflecting the development of rural economy in the northeast and the improvement of living standards of farmers to the rural ecological environment has brought negative impact;There is a big gap in the development trend of the three northeast provinces,Heilongjiang province is fast,Jilin province and Liaoning province is slow,mainly because of the big gap in the rural production environment of the three northeast provinces.From 2021 to 2030,present a tendency of increasing the overall quality of the rural ecological environment in northeast China,but of a smaller rise in three provinces in the future development of the gap is still large,prove that in the next 10 years in the northeast of the rural ecological environment construction can continue in the past mode of rural development,but for the northeast equilibrium and faster development of the rural ecological environment quality,We should not only maintain the steady development of rural living standards and agricultural production conditions,but also pay more attention to the problems found in life and production and the protection of the rural ecological environment.
