| The prevalence of information technology in our current society has led to a plethora of methods for procuring time,no longer a concern that requires consideration.However,communication and collaborative work among power automation equipment now necessitate more stringent demands on time.For example,the time error between base stations of power system 5G private networkis required to reach nanosecond level so the high-speed data services can be turned on,the power monitoring device require a millisecond level accurate time to ensure the availability of monitoring data,and the time accuracy of power traveling wave rangefinder is required to reach nanosecond level in order to ensure the validity of test results.The enterprise studied in this thesis has been committed to providing accurate time synchronization and frequency synchronization solution for various industries for a long time.It has made outstanding contributions to the construction of operators’ synchronization network and won a good reputation.It has achieved remarkable success in the research on cutting-edge technologies of time synchronization.The company has made remarkable achievements in the time synchronization of electric power communication network,which is very similar to the operator’s communication network,but it is not ideal in the time synchronization of smart substations and dispatching centers.In this thesis,based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of management,SWOT analysis method is used to build an analysis model.Through a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various strategies,the strategy with the most considerable input-output ratio matching with the enterprise actual situation is found,so as to help the enterprise make up for its shortcomings in the time synchronization of smart substation and dispatching center of the State Grid Corporation,further expand the company’s business.This thesis begins with an overview of the background,value,and applicable management theory knowledge employed in this research.Subsequently,a thorough examination of the current state of the company’s power grid business is conducted from two angles: the frequency synchronization requirement of the power transmission network and the time synchronization requirement of the smart substation and dispatching center.Thirdly,analysis the company’s internal and externalenvironmentfrom the time synchronization and frequency synchronization dimensions.Finally,SWOT analysis method is used to build an analysis model,extracted four strategies,SO,ST,WO and WT,compare the disadvantages and advantages of the four strategies,and finally choose the most favorable ST strategy for the company to be implemented.This thesis culminates in the introduction of the necessary safeguards for the successful implementation of the chosen ST strategy.Drawing on the successful experience of the enterprise in Operator synchronization field,the operation method of technological innovation is copied to the power industry,in order to put the strategy into practice scientifically and reasonably,which will build the foundation for the stable and long-term development of the company in the time synchronization field. |
