Research On Supply Chain Collaborative System Management Optimization In DW Company

Under the environment of Internet economy and knowledge economy,the development trend of information system internationalization is becoming more and more prominent,and the company’s environment has changed greatly.Informatization has become the existing trend of the company’s development.Chinese enterprises have also experienced more than 20 years of development history in information construction,at present,the significance of information construction to the company is no longer limited to supporting the successful operation of business,but more importantly,the company expects to use information investment construction to bring new strategic competition opportunities to the company.Based on this,This paper puts forward that the most important reason to create economic benefits for enterprises is to establish information system and how to ensure the completion of enterprise information construction.This paper selects DW enterprise system to carry out case analysis.Based on the development status of DW company,combining with the theoretical research results related to information enterprise management in recent years,and through the research and analysis of the company’s information management,this paper gives suggestions for improving the company’s information management,and then from the overall architecture,organizational model,organizational structure planning In terms of enterprise informatization management system standards and specifications system and enterprise informatization management system performance appraisal system,the DW enterprise informatization management system is studied and designed.And the actual verification of OA collaboration,ERP construction,CRM online to solve the actual problems of the enterprise.This paper has great positive significance for DW Company’s enterprise information management achievements,the smooth construction of social information and the improvement of information management ability.In addition,the research results can also provide reference examples for many companies’ information management experience in China,effectively promote the integration of company information management and company strategy in theory and practice,so as to improve the return on investment of company information and reduce the risk of company information construction,which has great positive significance and practical value for the development of company information.
