In recent years,due to frequent safety accidents in construction sites,the number of deaths is rising,and the security situation is not optimistic.Therefore,the Ministry of Housing and Construction issued a document "Several Opinions on Promoting the Development and Reform of the Construction Industry",which calls for the comprehensive promotion of the construction of "smart sites".Compared with the traditional way of site management,"intelligent site" refers to the use of information means,is the construction site management theory and large data analysis,artificial intelligence technology combined system,and unified management of construction site scattered information for data analysis,to ensure the safety of construction site personnel and equipment,improve the efficiency of communication between the government and construction enterprises.Provides the basis for the orderly progress of the project.This paper discusses in detail the research and implementation of an intelligent site management system.This system takes the safety management of construction site as the background,guarantees the safety of material,personnel,equipment and other important resources in the construction site,and uses the deep learning model to identify the wearing situation of personnel safety helmet in video surveillance,so as to ensure the safety of construction site personnel in real time.Therefore,the system mainly includes real-name attendance function of personnel management,tower crane monitoring and elevator monitoring function of equipment management,environmental monitoring function of dust and noise management,video monitoring function of real-time monitoring and safety identification safety helmet,and identification function of safety helmet wearing situation of construction site personnel.The system also publishes illegal information in operation according to laws and regulations,and statistics the collected data to provide support for decision-making basis.According to the actual situation,in the process of demand analysis,system outline design,system detailed design,system implementation and testing,the following aspects of the system are analyzed and studied.The first step is to analyze and determine the user needs of the system,to investigate the development background of the system and determine the feasibility of the system development,so as to confirm the functional requirements development of the system and further clarify the later development process.The second step is to confirm the main technology used in the system according to the actual situation.The PC side adopts B/S architecture,the open source database Mysql which is easy to develop and has high security is used in the database side,the nonrelational database Redis which has rich data structure and excellent performance is used in the cache side,and the target detection algorithm based on the deep learning model Faster R-CNN is used in the safety helmet recognition.Finally,the system development uses the micro-service architecture pattern to design,and the functions are packaged as services as development.The coupling between services is low and mutually dependent,and the development and post-maintenance of development teams are utilized.The system has been put into operation by the government of Tongnan District of Chongqing City,which has strengthened the communication efficiency between government departments and enterprises so far.Law enforcement personnel can control the construction site in real time and improve the work efficiency of construction units,construction units and government departments.
