Application Of Internet Of Things Technology In Safety And Quality Management Of Smart Construction Site

Smart construction sites are developed on the basis of Internet of Things technology and fieldbus control technology,which can effectively solve various safety hazards in construction sites.With the development of high-tech construction technology,the construction mode of smart construction sites based on Internet of Things technology has become extremely popular in recent years.This paper takes the intelligent construction project as an example,and discusses the intelligent construction quality management based on the Internet of Things technology.,First of all,the relevant knowledge of Internet of Things technology,smart construction site,and safety and quality management is expounded as the theoretical basis of the research.Then,the current situation of safety and quality management of smart construction sites in my country is investigated,the problems existing in safety and quality management of smart construction sites are summarized,and the feasibility of IOT in safety and quality management of smart construction sites is proposed.On this basis,combined with the goal of smart construction site safety and quality management,the core content of smart construction site safety and quality management is clarified,and the Internet of Things technology is used to build a smart construction site safety and quality management platform based on the Internet of Things.Finally,the application research of the smart construction site safety and quality management platform based on the Internet of Things is carried out.Taking the XX project as a specific case,the application scheme of the Internet of Things technology in the smart construction site safety and quality management is given,and the intelligent construction site safety and quality management platform of the XX project is given.The application benefit is analyzed,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for quantitative evaluation to clarify the application value of the Internet of Things technology in the safety and quality management of smart construction sites.The smart construction site safety and quality management platform based on the Internet of Things technology realizes basic functions such as labor management,mechanical equipment management,quality and safety management and remote operation control,allowing construction of construction sites to be presented in a digital and scientific mode.Gaining sufficient control in the project can not only improve the level of on-site safety and quality management,ensure the smooth construction of the construction site and the safety of the construction workers themselves,but also bring good economic benefits,which is conducive to the sustainable development of smart construction sites.
