| It is pointed out in the 14 th Five Year Plan that China’s economy and society will turn to a stage of high-quality development.For enterprises,the meaning of the quality of products and services for the survival and development of enterprises is self-evident.Plug-and-Perf is a new kind of perforating technology that widely used in Shale Revolution which can support the unconventional oil and gas reservoir development.With the rapid development of shale gas and tight oil in China,H company encountered some quality problems in the construction process of the Plug-and-Perf project,which did not appear in the previous conventional oil perforation engineering.These quality problems will not only reduce the production efficiency of enterprises,cause economic losses,but also affect the service reputation and market share of the enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to carry out research on the quality management deficiencies of the Plug-and-Perf project of H Company,in order to strengthen the quality control of the project’s construction,and try to provide a reference for the application and innovation-driven development of the Plug-and-Perf project.On the basis of reviewing the research status of quality management at home and abroad and the application of quality control in domestic oil perforating engineering,this paper first explains the related theories of quality management and introduces the related technologies of petroleum perforation engineering and Plug-and-Perf.After then this paper investigates the current status of H company’s Plug-and-Perf project quality management,summarizes the quality problems that have occurred during the constructions,analyze the factors that affecting the quality from five aspects like personnel,equipment,material,technology and environment,and find out the reasons why these quality problems occur.Finally further put forward the construction quality control measures of H company’s Plug-and-Perf project according to these analyzed reasons. |
