The LNG long-distance pipeline construction project is a large-scale engineering project,and its quality is the basic guarantee for the development of the country’s longdistance pipeline construction and involves the fundamental interests of the country.Among them,construction quality is the focus of project quality control and affects whether the entire long-distance pipeline construction project meets the acceptance criteria.This article aims to realize the informatization quality control of the LNG longdistance pipeline construction project,analyze the influencing factors of the construction quality,study the process quality control process,and develop a construction quality control information system through system analysis and design,so as to achieve the control of personnel,equipment,and raw materials.,Method,and environmental information-based total quality management.This article first summarizes the current research status at home and abroad and the theory of engineering project quality management and quality control,analyzes the research background and significance of this subject,and introduces the technology involved in this system,and at the same time,it is based on related quality management and quality control.The theory of control analyzes the authority management and business process of the system,builds a user role-based access control(RBAC)management system,and analyzes the core business process and specific business processes of the long-distance pipeline construction project,including construction process quality inspection information Circulation analysis,hidden danger investigation information circulation analysis and analysis of factors affecting project quality in engineering projects.Secondly,design the overall system architecture and technical architecture,and design the business logic layer and data layer.Design each business function,assign system permissions,assign menu permissions to roles,and assign role data permissions to users.Finally,the database tables used by each function are designed.In the implementation of the project quality control system,the B/S structure and SSM framework were used to develop and complete the functional realization of the whole process from the prefabrication of the template to the acceptance of the construction quality,and the control of the whole construction process was realized.Finally,the long-distance pipeline construction quality control system was applied to a company’s LNG project.The results show that the system has significantly improved the quality control efficiency of the long-distance pipeline engineering project,realizing the long-distance pipeline construction project.The efficiency,realtime,accuracy and standardization of quality control.
