| Digital transformation not only promotes the positive development of archives,but also brings a series of security risks.In the process of engineering construction and development,a large number of construction project archives have been generated.The security management of archives is related to whether the project can be promoted smoothly.However,there is little research on the security system of construction project archives in China,so it is necessary to study the security system of construction project archives.The paper uses the literature analysis method,field investigation method,induction and deduction method,based on the whole life cycle theory and risk management theory,and discusses the problem of the construction of the file security system of construction projects.First,the domestic and foreign studies and related conceptual theories are sorted out.Secondly,according to the actual situation of construction project archives of Z Company,the current situation of construction project archives management is analyzed.Then,taking the file risk assessment as the starting point,combined with the current situation of archives management of the construction project of Z Company,according to the national policies,regulations and standards and norms,the corresponding security system construction ideas are put forward and the file security system is constructed from four aspects of archives entity security,information security,library security and management security.Finally,for the implementation of the archives security system of the construction project of Z Company,the strategies of strengthening the awareness of the construction of archives project security,enabling the technology to improve the security protection level of archives,building a professional archives management team with internal and external linkage,and improving the supervision mechanism of enterprise archives security are proposed. |
