Research On Outsourcing Service Of Z Company’s Construction Project Archives Integration

In recent years,with the continuous development of informationization and specialization,more and more enterprises outsource archival work in order to focus on the main business,and the archival outsourcing business has expanded from a single labor-intensive business at the beginning to a diversified technology-intensive business.Over the years,the management mode of construction project archives has gradually presented the trend of standardization of outsourcing management process,specialization of outsourcing business and integration of outsourcing.Paying attention to the integrated outsourcing management of construction project archives has a profound impact on promoting the development of enterprises and the industry.Based on the above background and combined with the current status of construction project archives,this paper carries out a series of studies in order to explore the outsourcing service mode of construction project archives integration,standardize the outsourcing service of archives and the project archives management behavior of all participating units,and better guarantee the overall quality of construction archives projects.Firstly,based on the theory of document life cycle,front-end control theory and document continuity theory,and combined with the practice of Z Company’s archives outsourcing work,this paper carries out research on the participating units,persons in charge,and engineering and archives management personnel,and uses literature research method,interdisciplinary research method and practical investigation method to explore the integration outsourcing work of construction project archives.This paper analyzes the current situation of archive management of existing construction projects and the current situation of archive resources and management of Z company.On this basis,it constructs the integrated outsourcing service relationship,business and quality management mode of Z Company,and puts forward the implementation safeguard measures from four aspects: system support,organization,quality control and key links.Through research to help Z company integration outsourcing work on the basis of existing conditions,to achieve high-quality development of archive work.
