| Reasonable spatial control of ecological protection and restoration can effectively balance the contradiction between social and economic development and natural environmental protection.Ecological protection and restoration space includes not only the areas providing ecological products and services with conservation value,but also the ecological damaged areas in urgent need of ecological restoration.It is of great significance to scientifically identify ecological protection and restoration space and propose practical ecological protection and restoration strategies for the implementation of territorial ecological protection and restoration.The gradually improved gross ecosystem product accounting system provides a new idea for the study of spatial identification of ecological protection and restoration.Based on the multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge of landscape ecology,environmental economics and landscape architecture,this thesis uses In VEST,IUEMS and other spatial analysis models to carry out the value calculation and visualization mapping of the total ecosystem product in Dongping County in 2005 and 2020,and analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of grid scale and street and township scale.Excluding the influence of the consumer price index,the comparable ecosystem GDP in 2005 was estimated,and the spatial results of the two periods were subtracted to analyze the spatial and temporal variation characteristics,and the rapid decline area of the value of ecological products and services in the past 15 years was identified.The spatial accounting results were superposed with the ecological protection red line to identify the ecological protection and restoration space in Dongping County,and feasible and differentiated ecological protection and restoration strategies were proposed to provide scientific reference for the ecological protection and restoration of territorial space in Dongping County.It was found that the total value of ecosystem production in 2005 was 14.985 billion yuan,showing the spatial characteristics of"high in the central north and low in the southwest".Among them,the value of material products is 2.862 billion yuan,showing the spatial characteristics of"higher in southwest and lower in northeast";The adjusted service value is 12.003 billion yuan,showing the spatial characteristics of"higher in the northwest and lower in the southeast";The value of cultural services is 120 million yuan,showing the spatial characteristics of"higher in central China and lower in western China".The study found that the total value of ecosystem production in 2020 was 40.442 billion yuan,showing a spatial feature of"high in the north and low in the south,and balanced between east and west".Among them,the value of material products is 930,100 yuan,showing the spatial characteristics of"high in the south and low in the north,high in the west and low in the east".Adjusted service value is 27.393 billion yuan,showing the accounting characteristics of"high in the north and low in the south,high in the west and low in the east";The value of cultural services is 2.923 billion yuan,showing the spatial characteristics of"higher in the northwest and lower in the southeast".By comparing the spatial results of the two periods,it is found that the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of GEP are"significantly increased in the north and significantly decreased in the middle".Among them,the value of material products presents a spatio-temporal change characteristic of"rivers and lakes rise significantly and wetlands decline significantly",the value of regulating services presents a spatio-temporal change characteristic of"core forest area rises and surrounding forest area declines",and the value of cultural services presents a spatio-temporal change characteristic of"central region rises significantly and eastern region rises slowly".Based on GEP value and two-phase change analysis,the total area of ecological protection and restoration space in Dongping County is332.34 km~2,accounting for 33.87%of the county’s land area,which is mainly located in Dongping Lake,White Foshan,Daotunwa wetland,Lushan and other areas.The ecological protection space area identified based on the accounting results is 305.13 km~2,accounting for22.87%of the county’s land area.The ecological restoration space is 35.81 km~2,accounting for 2.69%of the county’s total land area.The hierarchical management and control strategy of ecological protection space and hierarchical restoration strategy of ecological restoration space were proposed,and more targeted and practical ecological protection and restoration strategies were proposed for Spaces such as Daotunwa wetland,East Kunlun Mountain and Dongping Lake. |
