Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,my country has made brilliant achievements in economic and social construction, but the damage to the ecological environment caused by industrialization and urbanization is also shocking. In the face of the increasingly serious and serious situation of ecological environment problems, the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made the strategic decision of “vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization”.The construction of ecological civilization is a long-term plan that affects the wellbeing of the people and the future of the nation. However,my country is a country with a large population in the world with limited land resources. While advancing the construction of ecological civilization,it must also take into account agricultural production and economic construction and must establish an ecological civilization construction concept that respects and conforms to nature. The scientific delineation of ecological protection space is a strategic work to coordinate economic, social, and ecological construction, and to ensure the sustainable development of the economy and society. It is a prerequisite for scientifically formulating space planning and is of great significance.Linzhou City is located at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain. It is an important ecological protection barrier in northern Henan Province. It is also an economically strong county in Henan Province and a well-known architectural hometown in China. Its agricultural production, economic and social construction, and ecological construction land contradictions are prominent and urgently need to be reasonable.Layout ecological protection space to achieve regional sustainable development. This paper takes Linzhou City as the research area, based on the systematic analysis of the existing environmental protection space delineation methods, and preliminarily constructs the method flow of ecological protection space delineation, combining the natural environmental conditions of Linzhou City and the existing data, using Arc GIS and ENVI Software technology, based on the double assessment of the importance of ecosystem service functions and the sensitivity of the ecological environment, and the identification and extraction of ecological corridor information, the technical methods for the delimitation of ecological protection spaces in the county are discussed, and the ecological protection space classification scheme and zoning are proposed.Management recommendations. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The establishment of an evaluation index system for the importance of ecosystem service functions and ecological environmental sensitivity.Taking the “Guidelines for the Delineation of Ecological Protection Red Lines” as technical guidance, combined with the current situation of Linzhou City’s water shortage and serious soil erosion, from the perspective of improving the ecosystem service function and protecting the ecologically sensitive area, construct the importance of water conservation service function,The importance of water and soil conservation service function, the importance of biodiversity maintenance function, the sensitivity of soil erosion, and the sensitivity of land desertification are the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the criterion level.(2)Take Linzhou City’s 100m×100m grid as the evaluation unit to evaluate the importance of ecosystem service functions.Extract rainfall factor, surface runoff factor, evapotranspiration factor parameter, use water balance method to measure water conservation service function index;extract rainfall erosivity factor, soil erodibility factor, topographic factor and vegetation coverage factor parameters, adopt modified general The soil loss equation measures the service function index of soil and water conservation;extracts the vegetation net primary productivity, rainfall factor, temperature factor and altitude factor parameters, and uses the NPP method to measure the biodiversity maintenance function importance index. The evaluation results show that the areas of extremely important and important areas for water conservation services in Linzhou City are 288.41 km2 and 438.83 km2,respectively,and the areas of generally important and unimportant areas are 1323.71 km2;the areas of extremely important and important areas for water and soil conservation services are respectively 91.60km2,280.05km2,the area of generally important and unimportant areas is 1679.30km2;the area of extremely important and important areas for biodiversity maintenance is 172.59km2,424.66km2,and the area of generally important and unimportant areas is 1453.70km2.(3)The 100m×100m grid of Linzhou City is used as the evaluation unit to evaluate the sensitivity of the ecological environment.Extract rainfall erosion, soil erodibility factors, slope and slope length factors and vegetation coverage parameters, and use soil erosion equation to measure soil erosion sensitivity index;extract dryness, windy sand days, soil texture factors, vegetation coverage parameters, and use general land desertification assessment model measures the sensitivity index of land desertification. The evaluation results show that the area of the soil erosion sensitive area in Linzhou is 22.41km2,the general sensitive area is 991.06km2,and the insensitive area is 1037.48km2;the general sensitive area of land desertification is 315.77km2,and the insensitive area is 1735.18km2.(4)Defining the preliminary results of ecological protection space, and optimizing and adjusting the results.Based on the evaluation results of the importance of ecosystem services and the sensitivity of the ecological environment, the Arc GIS spatial fuzzy overlay analysis tool is used to preliminarily delineate the ecological protection space, and then aggregate the fragmented map spots with an area less than the threshold of 0.5km2,and combine the demarcation and the status quo of regional land use are coordinated and adjusted. The results show that the area of the bottom-line,key and general ecological protection spaces in Linzhou is 441.68km2,650.01km2,and 959.26km2.The overlapping area of the bottom-line ecological protection space and the current and planned construction land accounts for the total land area of Linzhou City.0.83% does not constitute a major conflict, and the coordination is high.(5)Extract ecological corridors and determine the final boundary of ecological protection space.Based on the optimized and adjusted results, identify the key ecological patches in the bottom-line ecological protection space, use the simulation analysis of the land composition, set up the river system and buffer zone, extract the ecological corridors connecting the key ecological patches, and integrate the corridor space Integrate with each hierarchical space boundary. The results show that the ecological corridor space area of Linzhou City is 40.10km2,accounting for 3.35% and 1.91% of the key and general ecological protection space areas respectively. The bottom-line,key and general ecological protection space areas after boundary integration Respectively 441.68km2,628.23km2,940.94km2,and put forward zoning management and control recommendations. |
