Study On Overseas Investment Strategy Optimization Of Conch Cement

With the continuous deepening of the national "the Belt and Road" initiative and the continuous expansion of the "circle of friends",China’s infrastructure has become the "national business card" of the shining world.In the face of fierce industry competition and serious overcapacity,China’s leading cement enterprises have accelerated the pace of overseas investment,actively implemented the "going out" and "internationalization" development strategies,and opened a new journey of overseas investment and plant construction.For conch cement,overseas investment faces many risks and challenges.To achieve highquality development,it is particularly important to optimize the overseas investment strategy in time.This paper takes conch cement as the research object,according to the general idea of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",and around the "the Belt and Road" initiative,through the analysis of the motivation,mode and strategic status of overseas investment of conch cement,puts forward six major problems existing in the overseas investment strategy of conch cement,and comprehensively analyzes the overseas investment strategy by using pest,Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis tools and methods.On this basis,it optimized the overseas investment strategic plan,including specific optimization principles,positioning and plans,set the overseas investment strategic goal "12345",the investment strategic development stage and the investment strategies of each business segment,and put forward "formulating diversified investment strategic plan","improving the synergy among strategies","improving the ability of investment risk prevention and control","strengthening scientific and technological innovation and investment" "Attach importance to the integration and coordination of investment resources" and "improve the investment decision-making mechanism and supervision system".In order to ensure the smooth implementation of overseas investment strategy,it is suggested to guarantee from five aspects: system,organization,capital,talents and culture.The research of this paper has certain guiding significance for conch cement to successfully implement the overseas investment strategy and achieve the goal of building a world-class enterprise with core competitiveness.It can play a certain reference role for China’s traditional manufacturing industry,especially cement enterprises to formulate and implement overseas investment strategy and achieve high-quality development.At the same time,it also further enriches the theoretical research on overseas investment strategy of cement enterprises.
