Reserch Investment Value Of List Enterprises Incement Industry Base On Two-dimensional Analysis System

Nowadays,Chinese Listed enterprises pay more attention to financing rather than returning to investors.To be listed is their ultimate goals.Investors afford lots of losses as the performance of these companies shrinks,so they are hurt seriously.In addition,most of the shareholders are not enough mature in identifying the investment value,trading skills and investment mentality of enterprises,which leads to the situation of large losses of the shareholders in the Chinese stock market.The value investment idea and the strategy mean the important guiding significance to the general investors.Cement is an important industry for the development of China’s national economy.In terms of its upstream and downstream industrial chain,it involves many industries closely related to the development of national economy,such as machinery and equipment,environmental protection,energy,transportation,infrastructure and real estate.As one of the leading listed enterprises in the industry,conch cement has stable business performance,high market value,low price-to-earnings ratio and sustained growth of profit,which can be listed as the representative of value investment.The traditional value investment research maybe is the macroscopic theory analysis,without the concrete case,the lack of operability;Or directly calculate the enterprise value,the lack of risk analysis;Or quantitative analysis based on the financial statements of enterprises,the lack of qualitative analysis.According to current situation of value investment analysis in China’s stock market,this paper analyzes the common analysis methods and their applicability,create two-dimensional analysis system which link qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.In conclusion,the research in this paper enriches the traditional value investment analysis model,builds a universal value analysis system,accurately identifies the enterprise value of conch cement,and gives relatively accurate investment suggestions.Taking Conch cement as an example,this paper creates quantitative model to assist qualitative analysis and identify the intrinsic value of the conch cement perceptually through analysis and prediction from the perspective of macro environment,industry and enterprise itself,at the same time subsequent selected numerical logic is founded which will be applied on quantitative valuation.Secondly,quantitative analysis which include the relative valuation method and absolute valuation method,furtherly overall grasp the company’s valuation.using the p/e ratio index to do a vertical comparison of the company’s value,give a reasonable valuation;The absolute valuation is calculated by EVA,the required parameters will be speculated reasonably based on the relevant results in qualitative analysis,the intrinsic value of the company is calculated quantitatively,and finally the conclusion is drawn,and the investment Suggestions are given.
