With the rise of the knowledge economy,knowledge-based talents have gradually become the backbone of the company’s management innovation and development.In the growth period of a rapid developing enterprise,it is of great practical significance to improve the work efficiency and fully stimulate the enthusiasm of knowledge-based talents,in order to increase enterprise value and help the enterprise reduce management costs.How to improve the work efficiency,explore the work potential and cultivate the loyalty and sense of belong to the company of knowledge-based talents has increasingly become the focus of corporate incentive management.This paper takes the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in KS Research Institute,which is a transformed enterprise,as the research object.In the process of exploration,First of all,this paper summarizes the research status of incentive system for knowledge workers at home and abroad,determines the realistic needs of this study,and clarifies the specific methods and significance of optimization research.Secondly,this paper discusses the definition of knowledge-based talents of KS Research Institute,and at the same time makes an inductive analysis of the state and effect of its incentive mechanism.The enterprise’s knowledge-based employee incentive mechanism has been comprehensively evaluated,and it is found that the compensation system lacks external competitiveness,employees are less involved in setting performance goals,the career development space of employees is narrow,the enterprise does not pay attention to the ability improvement of knowledge workers and lacks longterm incentives.At the same time,this paper deeply excavates the reasons for these problems.Thirdly,based on the concept of strengthening the enterprise with talents,a new incentive mechanism plan was proposed,the compensation and welfare system was adjusted,an effective research performance management mechanism was formed,a diversified career development platform was established,training was optimized and the training effect was improved,and long-term incentives such as equity and dividends was designed.Finally,in order to ensure that the incentive mechanism can function quickly and effectively,this paper constructs relevant supporting measures from the aspects of system construction,cultural construction,career planning,organizational environment,and communication channels.Through the research and analysis of this paper,the internal and external incentives of knowledge-based talents in the KS Research Institute are satisfied,and the incentive mechanism with clear rewards and punishments is designed in a targeted manner,and long-term and shortterm incentives are combined.It helps enterprises to attract and retain more and better core talents and give full play to their scientific research and innovation capabilities,thereby promoting the sustainable development of transformed enterprises and high-tech enterprises.
