With the increasing international influence of China's oil companies,the international oil field company market competition is increasingly intensified,the human resource management of scientific research technology is becoming more and more important.As an important part of human resource management,incentive mechanism is a set of organic system which is formed by the combination of correlation and complementarity.Incentive mechanism in human resource system in operation,with the characteristics of long-term and sustained can be encouraging staff motivation formation of inertia,stimulate their play to their initiative and creativity,and loyalty have greatly enhanced.In recent years,international oil prices continued to decline,have been substantially lower than the cost of exploitation of oil fields in China.Under such harsh market environment,the petroleum enterprises in our country the how the management of human resources,especially staff motivation,it is particularly important.In this paper,the author of how to develop the Bohai drilling engineering research and technical staff incentive mechanism as the main research line,focusing on the literature theory,model,questionnaire and the combination of the actual environment.At first,the core ideas of domestic and foreign incentive theory are summarized,which is the theoretical basis of the optimization research.Secondly,through the meaning and function of the incentive mechanism,the evolution mode of the graph is summarized,which provides the basis for establishing the incentive mechanism model for enterprises.And then through the design of the actual situation of the enterprise survey questionnaire and interview records,mining enterprise incentive mechanism to develop a lot of problems.Concentrated expression in the salary development,performance appraisal,career development planning,staff training and enterprise culture,etc..Finally,from the above problems,the corresponding solutions and suggestions are proposed to put forward specific content,in order to construct a feasible set of Bohai drilling engineering staff incentive mechanism system.Through to the BHDC drilling engineering research the incentive mechanism of scientific research and technical staff,targeted put forward effective measures and countermeasures for the construction of staff incentive mechanism and help to improve enterprise human resources management level,do grasp the talented person,the introduction of talent,to develop work enthusiasm and creativity of scientific and technical personnel,greatly enhance enterprise competitiveness,make the enterprise development in an impregnable position in the future.
