The torrent of the times is rolling forward,with the scientific and technological development changing rapidly and technological innovation continuing to be promoted.In the current era,the knowledge economy has obviously become a major driving force for social progress,and technological innovation is not only an important source to stimulate the force,but also a powerful lever to leverage it.As an important basic industry for the development of human society,the chemical industry has played a decisive role in the development of national economy;furthermore,the engineering design and research enterprises in the chemical industry are characterized by scientific and technological leadership and technological innovation,which has played a role of“wind vane” in their industry fields.As the main body of the design and research enterprises in the chemical industry,the engineering design researchers have played an irreplaceable role in the development of enterprises.How to more effectively stimulate the innovative behavior of employees engaged in design and R&D in this type of enterprise fully reflects the fundamental purpose of “talent is the first resource and innovation is the primary driving force”.It is particularly important to create greater value for enterprises,industries,counties and even the whole society.Based on the analysis of the theoretical research on innovative behavior and incentive mechanism at home and abroad,taking A Chemical Engineering Design &Research Institute as the research object,through on-site interviews,questionnaires and other methods,this paper first investigates and studies the factors affecting innovative behavior and the advantages and shortcomings of the current incentive policies and measures,and judges and analyzes the positive and negative effects according to the practical situation of A Chemical Engineering Design & Research Institute,aiming at their own characteristics of the company’s employees;and then analyzes and judges the advantages,disadvantages and existing malpractice of the current incentive system,and analyzes the mutual restriction relationship and influence degree between the innovative behavior of employees and incentive mechanism based on the influencing factors;finally,combined with the development characteristics of the industry,the development goals of enterprises,development demands of employees,etc.,the principle of improvement and optimization will be established for the current incentive mechanism and incentive measures of the company,the strategy of improvement and optimization will be put forward and the guarantee measures for improvement and optimization will be clarified,so as to realize the purpose of fully mobilizing the innovative willingness of employees of A Chemical Engineering Design& Research Institute,stimulating the innovation motivation and improving the innovation efficiency,hoping to create more,better and excellent technological innovation results for enterprises.This research has certain theoretical and practical significance,which not only fully reflects and confirms the national development policies on scientific and technological progress and technological innovation,further refines the scope of research on innovative behavior of employees and deepens the research depth of the mutual relations between the innovative behavior of employees and incentive mechanism,but also puts forward highly targeted optimization measures for A Chemical Engineering Design & Research Institute itself,providing certain reference and guidance significance for other enterprises with similar scale and situation in the same industry.In addition,useful innovations are also made in the research scope,research methods,industry segmentation and other aspects of the relevant research fields in this research.
