| The development of the civil aviation industry has been accelerated by the promotion of the Civil Aviation Power Strategy,which also brings new challenges to the civil aviation safety management.In the face of heavy workload,on-time flight rate and complex working environment,the work pressure of civil aviation staff is increasing day by day,and the proportion of unsafe incidents caused by unsafe human behavior is increasing,after reviewing the relevant literature on unsafe behaviour,this paper finds that the current research results in the civil aviation industry are more concentrated in aviator,maintenance personnel and flight dispatchers,there is a lack of relevant research on security personnel in civil aviation airports,and most of them focus on observable unsafe behavior of security personnel.Airport security inspection is the foundation and core of civil aviation security work,and is the lifeline of civil aviation security work.In recent years,the unsafe incidents caused by the unsafe behavior of airport security check appear from time to time,so it is very important to control the risk of the unsafe behavior of the security check staff.In this paper,BY airport security staff as the object of study,identify the factors affecting unsafe behavior of airport security staff,put forward recommendations for the control of unsafe behavior of security staff,to make the managers of the airport security check site have a more comprehensive understanding of the causes of employee unsafe behavior,and to provide targeted suggestions for the managers to motivate and improve the safety behavior of employees,improve the scientific and targeted security management of airport security departments,and improve the level of airport security management.This article carries on the thorough investigation to BY airport security inspection work and the Security Inspector Group,based on the accident cause theory,Shel model and social exchange theory,the research framework of the influencing factors of unsafe behavior of BY airport security staff is defined.Secondly,25 interviewees were invited,including 21 first-line safety inspection staff and 4 first-line safety management staff to conduct in-depth interviews,by using the grounded theory qualitative research method to identify the influencing factors of unsafe behavior of BY airport security staff,39 initial categories and 15 main categories were obtained,and elaborated the category connotation as well as the relations between the categories.Thirdly,by inviting 5 experts who are engaged in airport security education and teaching in universities and 15 experts who are engaged in security skills training and security management in civil aviation airports to participate in the questionnaire survey,the interaction degree of the15 factors identified was scored,and the data were analyzed and processed by using the methods of DEMATEL and ISM,the comprehensive influence matrix of the inducement of unsafe behavior of BY airport security staff was obtained,and 10 key inducements were identified,including insufficient investment in internal security,unscientific safety management system,insufficient ability of managers,insufficient support of civil aviation laws and regulations,weak safety awareness,high work pressure,physical fatigue,poor safety atmosphere,negative emotions and unsafe psychology.On this basis,a multi-level hierarchical structure model of the incentive set is constructed,involving three levels of the surface incentive,the deep incentive and the root incentive.Finally,from the team,security organizations,civil aviation security agencies,civil aviation security industry four levels,put forward BY airport security staff unsafe behavior control strategy.. |
