Research On Employee’s Unsafe Behavior Influencing Factors And Countermeasures In Food Company

With the development of economy and society,the importance of safety production is becoming more and more important.According to long-term research,unsafe behavior is an important cause of safety accidents.To study the influencing factors of unsafe behavior,and take effective countermeasures,controlling risk and reducing the occurrence of accidents,has become the focus and difficulty of safety management.Based on the theory of unsafe behavior and behavioral safety management in food enterprises,this paper collects and sorts out the unsafe behavior and behavioral safety management in food enterprises,through rounds of brainstorming with safety experts in food industry and reviewing accident reports in food enterprises.The rearch is as follows:(1)According to the domestic and foreign literature research and the actual investigation of food enterprises,establishing food enterprise unsafe behavior influencing factors evaluation system including 5 primary factors and 14 secondary factors.(2)Using ANP method and Super Decision software,the importance of five primary factors and 14 secondary factors influencing unsafe behavior in food enterprises was analyzed.Among them,the order of importance of five factors influencing 5 primary factors s was leadership supervision factor(0.319)>individual safety factor(0.255)>work standard factor(0.224)>man-machine factor(0.100)>work environment factor(0.099).(3)Establishing ’4C+3P’ model,including four core control measures:employee quick risk prediction,employee behavior observation,experiential safety training,employee motivation and three protection measures:area ownership,perceived safety leadership,change management.(4)To verify the feasibility and validity of the unsafe behavior countermeasure model,the unsafe behavior observation experiment was designed.According to the statistics and analysis of safety act index(SAI)of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2,after implementation of unsafe behavior countermeasure model,the behavioral safety index showed a gradual upward trend,86%and 85%respectively at the end of the experiment,and the total number of unsafe behaviors decreased by 65.9%and 58.3%respectively.
