Production safety situation in China is increasingly severe, frequent accidents, and thehuge losses caused by security incidents. Unsafe behavior has an important influence onsecurity incidents. Many companies in our country take little focus on controlling unsafebehavior in their safety management, like the reason, the process and the impact of factorsof unsafe behavior.The research summarizes unsafe behavior theory before. By summarizing the accidenttheory and mechanism, and on the basis of practice surveys, the impact of factors of unsafebehavior has putted forward and analysis by the research. Take the AHP on constructingmeasuring scale of the influencing of unsafe behavior. Based on this, the researchconstructs the model of influencing factors of unsafe behavior.The study uses the SPSS to analysis and testing the scale, demonstration the model bySEM. Using AMOS software tests the influencing factors model fitting, evaluation andmodification. Making the suggestion of controlling unsafe behavior on the base of theanalysis to correction mold.The study found that leadership attitude has an important affection to preventemployees’ unsafe behavior. The leadership attitude gets the largest total affection ofunsafe behavior than working pressure, and followed by environmental factors relativelyslightly smaller. Meanwhile the leadership attitude will affect the working pressure and theenvironmental, when their working to the unsafe behavior.
