Global warming and other world climate changes have brought unprecedented challenges to the ecological security of the earth, and the main source of climate change is the rise of supercritical carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere. In the face of increasingly severe ecological and environmental problems, how to reasonably reduce carbon emissions and protect the ecological environment has become a key issue widely concerned by governments, production enterprises, universities and relevant scientific research institutions all over the world.Facing the dual pressure of external social development and internal economic power, enterprises need to reasonably choose production methods to carry out the R & D,production and sales of low-carbon green products. At the same time, they also need to cooperate with upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,so as to promote the rational operation of the market. Therefore, under the joint influence of subjects at all levels in the supply chain and government management factors, the research on the decision-making of subjects in the low-carbon supply chain, especially manufacturers, has important theoretical value and practical significance. In the supply chain of household appliances, manufacturers and retailers choose their own behavior by measuring their own costs and benefits. The government affects the decision-making behavior of manufacturers and retailers by formulating and implementing a reasonable carbon regulation mechanism,so as to promote enterprises to produce and sell green and low-carbon household appliances.Consumers make purchase decisions according to their own benefits and low-carbon preferences, thus affecting the market environment. On the basis of summarizing the relevant research experience at home and abroad and combined with practical analysis, this paper adopts the methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and empirical analysis to establish a three-party evolutionary game model including manufacturers, retailers and consumers in the household appliance supply chain, and carries out research from two aspects: never considering the government’s carbon regulation factors and considering the government’s carbon regulation factors,The carbon regulation implemented by the government includes carbon tax and carbon subsidy.Based on the above three perspectives, this paper studies the decision-making of low-carbon supply chain in household appliance industry. On this basis,it explores the changes of the strategy choice of the three main bodies of the supply chain under the action of different degrees of carbon regulation mechanism, further considers the impact of different degrees of government supervision on low-carbon production strategy, and then puts forward suggestions for the government to formulate carbon regulation policy and realize the emission reduction of household appliance supply chain. The results show that in the basic evolutionary game model without considering government participation, the strategy choice of the three subjects will be stable in the manufacturer’s low-carbon production of household appliances, retailers’ sales of low-carbon household appliances and consumers’ purchase of low-carbon green household appliances. After considering the government regulation and introducing the carbon regulation mechanism, the dynamic carbon tax and carbon subsidy mechanism will have an impact on the strategic choice of manufacturers, retailers and consumers, among which the impact on manufacturers is the most obvious.A reasonable carbon regulation mechanism will promote manufacturers to respond to the call of low-carbon and adopt low-carbon technology for production activities faster. As the manager of the supply chain, the government needs to flexibly adjust the dynamic strategy of the carbon regulation mechanism according to the industry development and the "double carbon" goal,so as to promote the early realization of low-carbon production and operation activities. In addition, the realization of resource conservation, environmental protection and low-carbon goals depends only on the strength of the government, which is still insufficient. We need multi subjects to participate in governance and pool multi forces to jointly realize low-carbon,green and sustainable development. |
