| Coal is China’s main energy source,an important support for national economic development,and an important part of China’s energy system.With the change of the coal industry and the expansion of coal consumption,the strategic position of coal is still very important.In recent years,coal prices have rebounded due to supply-side structural reforms and the over-oversupply of the coal industry and stabilized.With the development of the national economy,the demand for coal is increasing,and there are still many historical problems,such as imperfect structure,scale growth,low technical level,frequent safety accidents,serious waste of resources,and backward environmental governance.The Balanced Scorecard(BSC)is a new performance appraisal framework,but not only a performance appraisal method,but also a set of strategic management tools.Through the use of this tool to decompose the strategy of enterprise development into the performance process,to lay a solid foundation for the enterprise to achieve strategic goals.In order to explore new ideas of performance management in the coal industry and improve the performance level of management,coal enterprises need to consider the characteristics of coal enterprises themselves,introduce a balanced scorecard(BSC)to establish a complete performance management system,and finally achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise.This paper,through combing the domestic and foreign literature,has a deeper understanding of the relevant theory and research methods,and has laid a solid foundation for the following research.In the course of the study,we mainly used literature research methods,case studies and applied hierarchical analysis of the indicators involved in the balanced scorecard(BSC).The study subjects selected F Coal Group as a case,We understand the current situation and existing problems of the coal group in performance management,As much to with the company as possible,Leading by strategic goals,Safety and environmental factors are considered on the financial,customer,internal processes and learning growth dimensions common in the Balanced Scorecard(BSC),Combining the Group’s strategic objectives and performance management,By making the strategic maps,The indicators of the F Coal Group were determined,The weights of the various indicators were determined using hierarchical analysis,And the other links in the performance management system are explained,Establish an effective performance management closed-loop system,Continuously improve the management level of F Coal Group.At the same time,it shows that the scientific performance management system to implement should be improved,which also plays an important role in the realization of the group’s strategic objectives. |
