| The comprehensive green transformation is an important issue for China’s economic and social development during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.As a natural green industry,promoting the comprehensive green transformation of agriculture is an inevitable choice to achieve high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalisation.To clarify the spatial and temporal characteristics and factors influencing the level of green agricultural development in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,we can provide a reference basis for better realising the comprehensive green transformation of agriculture and promoting the construction of a national agricultural green development pioneer area.Based on ecological balance theory,sustainable development theory and agricultural multifunctionality theory,this paper focuses on green agricultural development,constructs an analytical framework of "level measurement-spatial and temporal evolution-spatial effect-enhancement path",and uses the entropy method to build an evaluation index system from the perspective of resource conservation,environmental friendliness and quality efficiency.From the perspectives of resource conservation,environmental friendliness and quality efficiency,the entropy weight method is used to construct an evaluation index system for the level of green agricultural development in Ningxia counties,to measure the level of green agricultural development in five prefecture-level cities and 20 counties(cities and districts)in Ningxia from 2012 to 2021,and on this basis,the kernel density function,Gini coefficient and Moran index are used to analyze the level of green agricultural development.The spatial and temporal evolutionary characteristics and spatial autocorrelation of their agricultural green development levels were analyzed based on the kernel density function,Gini coefficient and Moran index:(1)The overall level of green agricultural development in Ningxia region,prefecture-level cities and counties(cities and districts)has increased during the sample period,with Yinchuan,Zhongwei,Wuzhong,Guyuan and Shizuishan in descending order,and the ranking of the green development level of each prefecture-level city has remained basically unchanged.(2)In terms of the spatial and temporal evolution of the level of green agricultural development,the overall level in time has continued to rise during the sample period,and the two-tier division has gradually weakened,while in space the differences in the overall level of green agricultural development across the region have decreased,generally showing the clustering characteristics of high in the Yellow River Basin and low in the rest of the region.(3)The level of human resources,economic development,industrial structure and urbanisation significantly contribute to the green development of Ningxia’s agriculture,while the level of financial support to agriculture inhibits it.In addition,the level of human resources,economic development and primary industry structure have significant positive spatial spillover effects,while the intensity of financial support for agriculture has a negative spillover effect.Based on the above research findings,this paper argues that the sustained improvement of Ningxia’s agricultural green development level should be achieved by the following points:(1)zoning policies to promote the coordinated development of agricultural green;(2)scientific and technological support to promote the development of agricultural green innovation;and(3)talent guarantee to promote the development of agricultural green quality. |
