Research On Optimal Ecological Governance Path Of Resource-based Cities Under The Background Of Digital Government Construction

Accelerating the building of digital China is an important deployment made in the Report of the Party’s 20 th National Congress,and the building of digital government is an indispensable part of the digital China strategy.The advanced concept and model of learning from the digital government of resource-based cities is the effective path for promoting the digitization and high efficiency of ecological governance of resource-based cities.Based on the investigation and study of Y city,it is found that the existing problems of ecological governance in resource-based cities are reflected in insufficient investment in ecological governance,single main body of governance,poor implementation of governance policies and so on.From the perspective of digital government,the root causes mainly lie in the weak concept of digital empowerment in ecological governance of resource-based cities leading to insufficient investment in ecological governance,weak awareness of digital participation of resource-based enterprises and citizens leading to single governance subject,and insufficient application of digital technology in ecological governance leading to poor implementation of governance.Based on the analysis of the problems and root causes,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of deepening the concept of ecological digital governance of resource-based cities,constructing the multi-subject digital co-governance system of ecological governance,and building the digital platform of ecological governance to optimize the ecological governance of resource-based cities.The research on the combination of digital government and ecological governance of resource-based cities has important political value,which helps to promote the construction process of ecological civilization of resource-based cities and accelerate the construction of a new pattern of digital good governance of resource-based cities.
