Research On Optimization Of Standardization Management Of Work And Personnel Quota In DQ Oilfield

The standardization of labor quota is an important part of the basic work of human resources management,and an important basis for employees to obtain labor remuneration.Strengthening the work of labor quota is very important to the improvement of labor production efficiency.State owned enterprises are the pillar of our national economy.Under the situation of economic globalization and accelerating scientific and technological progress,state-owned enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition.In recent years,our National Governments has launched a series of measures such as the "Three Year Action Plan for SOE Reform" to promote SOE reform.The reform will inevitably involve the change and improvement of labor productivity.In this context,it is particularly important to give full play to the role of labor quota in organizing production and optimizing the allocation of labor.On the basis of summarizing the previous studies on the standardized management of labor quota,first,this paper takes the state-owned enterprise DQ Oilfield Company as the research object,and investigates the current situation and existing problems of the standardized management of labor quota in DQ Oilfield by means of data collection,on-site visits and questionnaires.The survey results indicate that,it is found that there is room for optimization in the management process,standard system construction and standard formulation methods of the standardized management,and the security measures such as awareness education,system construction and team construction need to be strengthened.Secondly,through the research and summary of the basic theory of labor quota standardization,combined with scientific management theory,management process theory,business standardization and compilation principles of standard system table,In response to the problems in the standardization management of labor quota,the standardization work of quota is optimized from three dimensions: management process,standard system,standard formulation and revision.Finally,optimization measures for standardized management of labor quota and quota were proposed from three aspects: awareness education,institutional improvement,and team building.
