| With the acceleration of urbanization and improvement in peoples living standards in China, the energy consumption of buildings in the construction industry is on the rise.Public buildings,as high-density energy consuming areas, often exhibit low energy efficiency and great potential for energy conservation.High-speed service area buildings are a special type of public building that is independent of urban municipal systems, with energy input and waste disposal not reliant on urban support. Therefore,it is particularly important to actively study energy consumption quotas for high-speed service area buildings, which are a crucial step in developing energy-saving and emission-reducing measures. This thesis aims to investigate the energy consumption quotas for high-speed service area buildings in Shandong Province.Initially,a combination of questionnaire surveys and on-site inspections with a non-proportional sampling method was used to investigate the current service areas and parking areas equipped with comprehensive buildings, with a focus on the basic information of high-speed service area buildings and their energy consumption.Based on the results and the actual application of evaluation indicators, two types of building total energy consumption indicators that exclude heating energy consumption and air conditioning refrigeration,as well as heating cases, were formulated using unit area energy consumption, and their quota restraint and guidance values were established. Then, the statistical quota method was used to compute energy consumption quotas for the statistical survey sample data using sorting and mean computation methods. The corresponding quota level ranges were developed according to the two methods used in the calculation of building energy consumption quotas and the quota level ranges for other types of public buildings.Various quota values of building energy consumption were established by selecting quota levels of 0.20~0.35 and 0.7~0.85 under statistical quota methods, and the Design Builder building energy simulation software was used to simulate building energy consumption for typical service areas at various levels.Technical quota restraint values and advanced technical quota values were calculated, establishing a preparation route of mutual confirmation between the statistical quota method and technical quota method, with a quota level of 0.25 selected as the energy consumption quota restraint value for high-speed service area buildings and a quota level of 0.85 as the advanced energy consumption quota value.Subsequently, carbon emissions were calculated using the building lifecycle theory, analyzing the carbon emission situation of building operations for high-speed service areas.Furthermore, carbon emission quota values for building operations at various levels of high-speed service areas were established based on the building energy consumption quota values.Carbon emission quota values for building operations under a low-carbon construction system for high-speed service area buildings were presented based on relevant norms and low-carbon service area evaluation criteria.Finally,energy-saving and carbon-reducing measures were outlined based on the calculated carbon reduction potential of typical high-speed service areas to provide decision-making reference for competent departments involved in the development of policies for energy conservation and emission reduction of high-speed service area buildings. |
