Quota management is an important part of enterprise management.The quality of its implementation directly affects the rationality of the enterprise distribution system,the enthusiasm of employees,and the accuracy of production costs.This article takes the current situation of the company’s labor quota management as the research object,and analyzes six main problems in its management process,namely: inaccurate labor quotas,inaccurate production costs,uneven wage levels between teams,and labor quotas.Incomplete coverage,inadequate labor quota update mechanism,and labor quota data cannot provide a basis for workshop plan management,which has affected the further development of Company Y.In order to solve the problems existing in the current labor quota management process,Company Y adopted a project management method to design an optimization scheme for labor quotas.First of all,the process route of all products is combed,and the process composition of each product is supplemented and perfected by combing,and then the stopwatch time research method is used to measure the standard working hours of each process,and the accuracy of the standard working hours is calibrated according to historical data Inspection,and finally calculate the labor quota of each process through the conversion of the work mode.At the same time,a set of real-time and effective labor quota management mechanisms has been established by regulating labor quota changes and management processes.The effect of the application of labor quota data in the salary distribution and production plan management of company Y’s workshop employees is analyzed.In terms of salary distribution,the brainstorming method and Delphi method were used to grade the three elements of each process from occupational health,skills,and labor intensity,and the hourly wage rate of each process was adjusted accordingly based on the rating results to achieve various Equal pay for equal work in teams and processes;in plan management,the production plan is accurately delivered to each team and process based on labor quotas and effective daily attendance hours.Through differential analysis and improvement of the production plan and the actual number of completions,it can be continuously improved The overall operation and management level of the production workshop. |
