In recent years,in order to effectively prevent the occurrence of major and major accidents,the state and the government emphasize the need to establish a set of dual prevention mechanism,that is,business risk classification control,comprehensive management of accidents,as well as the relevant personnel provisions of the superior.Coal mining enterprises shall,in accordance with the Coal Safety Laws and Regulations,the Standardization Requirements and Evaluation Methods of Coal Safety Production and the main safety reasons for mine identification and evaluation,select areas with major safety risks,and make clear the upper limit of the number of workers in the specific areas and relevant requirements.According to the requirements of mining safety regulations,starting from the factors affecting roadway safety,combined with the relevant methods of industrial engineering,the work of roadway heading face is analyzed,and the man-machine configuration most suitable for the driving line is worked out.Finally,by constructing the Seru model,the model is designed to minimize completion time and total labor costs.By linear weighting method,this model so as to achieve the best optimization effect.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Man-machine relationship in tunneling operationConduct man-machine relationship analysis on the tunneling machinery and operators,and determine the man-machine cooperation requirements in various construction processes such as tunneling and coal cutting stages according to the principle of man-machine function allocation.Design process workload measurement methods for various types of work lines,and determine human-machine configuration constraints.(2)Build the modelBased on the study of man-machine relationship in excavation work,the thesis analyzes the organization form,operation quantity and constraint conditions of cyclic operation on the excavation face,and establishes the corresponding operation model.The model is designed to minimize completion time and total labor costs.By linear weighting method,this model so as to achieve the best optimization effect.Finally,in order to solve this model,a whole set of solutions are designed,including the decisionmaking process of Seru construction,worker allocation and process allocation.(3)Optimal man-machine configuration solutionAn algorithm is designed to solve the Seru construction problem.By enumerating feasible solutions,the optimal Seru construction is obtained.The algorithm is implemented in Python language.Finally,the optimal solution is obtained by comparing the total target values of all Seru constructions.This thesis has 20 figures,12 tables and 85 references.
