| Green technology innovation is a new type of innovation.From three aspects economic,social and ecological comprehensive consideration for maximum benefits,both green,low carbon and the characteristics of scientific and technological innovation.Green technology innovation is not only the inexhaustible driving force of China’s economic development,but also determines the speed and quality of urban agglomeration and urban sustainable development in the future.Under the background of the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goal and the national strategy of "ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin",the green technology innovation capability of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yellow River was scientifically measured,and its spatial temporal evolution pattern and corresponding influencing factors were analyzed.It can not only meet the fundamental requirements of the Yellow River basin for scientific and technological innovation and green development,but also better promote the sustainable,healthy and high-quality development of the region.This paper takes 40 prefecture-level cities of four urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yellow River as the research object,takes 2010-2020 as the research period,uses the multi-dimensional perspective of the DPSIR model to build the evaluation index system of green technology innovation in the middle reaches of the Yellow River urban agglomeration,and uses the methods of entropy method,Thiel index,gravity model and geographical detector to analyze the space-time evolution characteristics and influencing factors of the green technology innovation capacity of the middle reaches of the Yellow River urban agglomeration,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of time series characteristics,the comprehensive score of green technology innovation capability of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yellow River showed an increasing trend year by year during 2010-2020,with an average annual growth rate of 6.96%;There is a significant gap in the development level of green technology innovation among urban agglomerations in the region.Among them,the development level of Hubao and Eyu urban agglomerations is relatively high,while the development level of Central Plains urban agglomerations,Guanzhong Plain urban agglomerations and Jinzhong urban agglomerations is relatively low,and the development trend is relatively similar.The development of urban agglomerations is uncoordinated;The average annual growth rate of the green technology innovation capacity of the four major urban agglomerations is from large to small: the Central Plains urban agglomeration(7.61%)>the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration(7.5%)>the Jinzhong urban agglomeration(6.15%)>the Hubao Eyu urban agglomeration(4.22%),with significant differences in development speed.The analysis of absolute and relative differences shows that the green technological innovation capacity of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yellow River has developed from significantly unbalanced to slightly unbalanced,while the imbalance of urban green technological innovation has gradually increased.The Theil index is increasing,the intra-group difference value is gradually increasing,and the inter-group difference value is gradually decreasing.The intra-group difference is the main reason for the overall difference change.Theil index values of the four urban clusters are as follows: Guanzhong Plain Urban Cluster>Jinzhong Urban Cluster>Central Plains Urban Cluster>Hubao Eyu Urban Cluster.(2)From the perspective of the spatial pattern and its evolution,the urban green technology innovation capacity of the eastern and western regions of the Loess Plateau,the western region of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration and the southeast region of the Central Plains urban agglomeration is relatively low,and the urban green technology innovation capacity of the four provincial capital cities,Ordos City and the central part of the Central Plains urban agglomeration with Zhengzhou as the center is relatively high,with Zhengzhou,Xi’an,Taiyuan and Hohhot as the four central points,Gradually form a development pattern of "multiple points and areas";The green technology innovation capability of provincial capital cities is significantly higher than that of surrounding areas,and the spatial structure of "core edge" is significant.The distance between cities and core cities is inversely proportional to their green technology innovation capability,the level and quantity of urban green technology innovation capacity in 2020 have achieved double improvement compared with that in2010,reflecting the spatial spillover effect of green technology innovation.(3)From the perspective of local spatial correlation characteristics and spatial gravity characteristics,the spatial imbalance of the green technology innovation capabilities of the Yellow River middle reaches urban agglomeration from 2010 to 2020 presents a trend of changing from strong to weak and then becoming strong again,with a clear feature of patchy distribution of high and low values.The hot spots are mainly distributed in the Hubao Eyu urban agglomeration and the "dual core area" centered around Xi’an and Zhengzhou,while the cold spots are concentrated in the northern part of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration The western part of the Jinzhong urban agglomeration and the edge of the Central Plains urban agglomeration;The spatial correlation strength of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yellow River has been significantly enhanced,the spatial network has become increasingly complex,and the cooperation and interaction between cities in the region has been continuously strengthened within ten years,forming a small spatial gravity triangle composed of "Zhengzhou-Xinxiang-Luoyang-Xi’an" and a large spatial gravity triangle composed of "Zhengzhou-Xi’an-Taiyuan".These two regions are the main regions where the spatial role of green technology innovation capacity of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yellow River takes place.(4)Social and economic basis,innovation resources,innovation environment,industrial structure,ecological environment and other factors affect the development of green technology innovation capability of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yellow River.Through the quantitative exploration of geographical detectors,it is shown that the economic base,innovation resources,innovation environment and industrial structure are the main driving factors,and the impact of the interaction of the two factors is stronger than that of the single factor,indicating that the space-time evolution of regional green technology innovation capability is the result of the interaction of multiple factors.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the green technology innovation capacity of urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yellow River. |
