| Since the reform and opening up,China’s urban land use intensity has continued to strengthen on the whole,the living environment has continued to improve,and residents’ happiness of life has steadily increased.However,urban development still has problems such as low livability,systematic deficiency,lack of integrity,and lack of inclusiveness,and the urban land use mode with high emission,high consumption and low efficiency has not been fundamentally reversed.As a typical mountainous province in southwest China,Yunnan Province is characterized by more mountains and less flat land.The mountainous area accounts for about 94% of the total land area of the province,and the land available for urban development and construction is extremely limited.Therefore,how to reasonably adjust urban land use intensity and maintain good living environment while ensuring stable and sustainable development of urban economy is extremely important for future urban development strategy.Based on the review and analysis of domestic and foreign literatures on land use intensity and human settlement environment,this paper firstly constructs the evaluation index system of urban land use intensity and human settlement environment in Yunnan province by using the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method,and then uses the entropy method and Delphi method to comprehensively assign weight to each index.Then the comprehensive evaluation index model was used to calculate the urban land use intensity and human settlement environment in Yunnan Province and 16 cities.The spatial and temporal differences of urban land use intensity and human settlements in 16 cities and cities in Yunnan Province during2006-2021 were explored by using the coefficient of variation,Gini coefficient and Theil index to calculate the variation trend among different cities and cities.Based on the grey relational degree model,coupled coordination degree model and GM(1,1)prediction model,the correlation degree of urban land use intensity and human settlement environment was analyzed,the operation state of the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the two systems was deeply explored,and the development trend of coupling coordination in 2022-2026 was predicted.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2006 to 2021,the urban land use intensity index of Yunnan Province showed a trend of "slight fluctuation and overall increase",and the intensity index changed from low intensity stage to high intensity stage.From the spatial distribution characteristics,Kunming City and Yuxi City in central Yunnan are the peak areas of urban land use intensity in Yunnan Province.Dehong Prefecture,Nujiang Prefecture,Deqing Prefecture and Wenshan Prefecture are the valley value regions of urban land use intensity development in Yunnan Province.From the perspective of regional variation,the variance coefficient,Gini coefficient and Thiel index showed a trend of "large fluctuation and small expansion".(2)From 2006 to 2021,the index of urban human settlement environment level in Yunnan Province showed an overall stable growth trend,and the urban human settlement level type moved from a low level stage to a high level stage,with balanced development of each subsystem and no obvious weaknesses;From the perspective of spatial pattern analysis,Kunming City,Yuxi City,Lijiang City and Xishuangbanna are the high value areas of human settlements,while Zhaotong City is the low value area in the study area.From the perspective of regional variation,coefficient of variation,Gini coefficient and Theil index curve showed a trend of "relative fluctuation and small decline",and their linear trend tended to be flat,but the regional variation was not obvious.(3)The results of grey correlation analysis show that the grey correlation degree between urban land use intensity and human settlements in Yunnan Province is within the range of 0.7521-0.8169,which is a strong correlation,indicating that the two systems are correlated with each other and the correlation degree is strong.(4)From 2006 to 2021,the coupling degree between urban land use intensity and human settlement environment fluctuated in the range of 0.7775-1.0000 in each city of Yunnan Province.In the 16 years,each city was in the stage of high coupling for a long time,and the interaction degree of the two systems was deep.In the range of0.4019-0.7814,the coupling coordination degree experienced four stages,namely,near disharmony,barely coordination,primary coordination and intermediate coordination.The coupling coordination degree showed a stable growth trend on the whole,among which Kunming City and Yuxi City always had the highest coupling coordination degree,and took the lead in entering the intermediate coupling coordination stage among the 16 cities.(5)The prediction results of coupling coordination degree of urban land use intensity and human settlements in Yunnan Province from 2022 to 2026 showed a slow rising trend,which roughly continued the change characteristics of 2006 to 2021;From the spatial distribution characteristics,the coupling coordination degree of Kunming City and Yuxi City entered the good coordination stage from the intermediate coordination stage in 2022-2026,Qujing City,Baoshan City,Lincang City and Chuxiong Prefecture entered the intermediate coordination stage from the primary coordination stage,Dehong Prefecture,Nujiang Prefecture and Deqing Prefecture transited from the barely coordination stage to the primary coordination stage.Although other cities and cities showed a slow growth trend,they did not reach the stage,which indicates that the urban land use intensity and human settlement environment in each city and city showed a development trend of mutual promotion and coordination,achieving a stage breakthrough,but there are still differences between them.Based on the above research results,in order to realize the coupling and coordinated development of urban land use intensity and human settlement environment in Yunnan Province and narrow the regional development differences,the following policy suggestions are put forward: first,promote the redevelopment of inefficient urban land,effectively improve the level of land intensification,promote the upgrading of urban structure,and reasonably enhance the intensity of urban land use;Second,strictly control the scale of urban land expansion,reduce the negative impact of external factors on land use,and improve the level of living environment;Third,in accordance with the development plan,promote infrastructure construction,and effectively improve the intensity of land use and the living environment.Fourth,improve the ability of communication and cooperation among cities and municipalities,give full play to the radiating and driving role of central cities,and promote the coordinated and sustainable development of urban land use intensity and human settlements in Yunnan Province. |
