Study On Performance Evaluation Of Atmospheric Environment Control In Prefecture Level Cities Of Anhui Province Based On PSR Model

In recent years,the rapid economic development has made air pollution more serious and affected people’s health.During the 13th Five Year Plan period,the state attaches great importance to the quality of atmospheric environment.All regions actively respond to the call of the party and the state and take actions to improve the quality of atmospheric environment and improve the performance of atmospheric environment governance.Anhui Province has been difficult to achieve a good level in atmospheric environmental quality.Studying the atmospheric environmental governance performance of 16 prefecture level cities in Anhui Province can play an important role in optimization and improvement,and provide reference for other regions.When evaluating the atmospheric environment governance performance of 16 prefecture level cities in Anhui Province,this paper uses the statistical data from 2016 to 2020,determines the appropriate indicators from the three dimensions of pressure,state and response based on the PSR model framework,and constructs a scientific atmospheric environment governance performance evaluation system according to the actual situation of Anhui Province,Compare and analyze the governance performance of various regions in combination with entropy method,Finally,the conclusions are drawn:(1)according to the weight of various indicators,in order to achieve the significant improvement of governance performance,in addition to controlling the emission of pollutants,it is more important for the government to fully perform its functions and take positive measures to effectively control pollution.(2)Only a few regions have achieved a good balance in the three performance levels,and the "pressure state response" in most regions is unbalanced,and the comprehensive treatment effect is poor.(3)according to the comparative data between 2020 and 2016,although there is an increasing trend on the whole,the governance performance level of some cities has decreased.(4)From 2016 to 2020,most of the performance levels showed a wave forward and spiral upward trend,and the upward state was unstable.It can be seen that there is great room for improvement in the performance of atmospheric environment control in Anhui Province.Based on the analysis of the results of atmospheric environment control performance in Anhui Province,combined with several factors affecting the performance of atmospheric environment control,from the aspects of politics,economy and society Put forward targeted policy suggestions at the level of science and technology.
