| Under the strategic background of comprehensive development of Marine economy and construction of Marine power,the development level of coastal towns is an important symbol to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a country.Whether China’s coastal towns can thrive depends on their ability to respond to natural disasters and whether they can operate safely,smoothly and efficiently.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the emergency response capacity of coastal towns.This paper takes Nanpu town of Luannan County as the research object to evaluate the natural disaster emergency response ability of coastal townships.Firstly,the research background and significance,related concepts and theoretical basis are described.Secondly,based on the prevention-prepared-response-recovery(PPRR)theory of crisis management theory,the evaluation index system of coastal towns’ natural disaster emergency capacity was established,and the comprehensive evaluation model was constructed by using network analysis method,fuzzy mathematics and grey theory.Then,based on the analysis of the emergency response capacity of Nanpu Town,Luannan County,the natural disaster emergency response capacity of Nanpu town was evaluated and analyzed with the evaluation index system and evaluation model constructed.Finally,the problems in the construction of natural disaster emergency capacity in Nanpu town are analyzed,and the solutions are put forward.The assessment model using fuzzy comprehensive level to evaluate the coastal town of natural disaster emergency response ability,can effectively reflect its against the face of natural disasters prevention-quasi-reaction-regeneration ability,make up for the prevention of the limitations of traditional emergency capability evaluation,help efficient coastal villages and towns in the face of natural disasters in disaster prevention and preparation,the more rapid recovery,It has high practical value.Figure18;Table12;Reference53... |
