| In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,black swan and gray rhino events have occurred frequently.On the basis of emergency management informatization construction,the state has been guided by intelligent emergency construction,and has paid great attention to advanced information technology and industrial production.As for the integration of specific emergency management practices,coal mines,as a key industry in the field of industrial production,must attach great importance to safety issues,and the construction of smart emergency response is a long way to go.In order to help coal mining enterprises to better carry out safety production and emergency management work,based on relevant policy documents and academic literature,a coal mine smart emergency capability evaluation index system including 5 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators is constructed,using structural equations The model further verifies the scientificity and rationality of the index system,and obtains the index system.The four coal mines under Henan Coking Coal Energy Co.,Ltd.are selected as the research objects,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and empirically study the current situation of their smart emergency capacity construction.A path for improving the intelligent emergency response capability of coal mines is proposed.From a theoretical point of view,this paper puts forward the emerging proposition of smart emergency response capability,constructs an evaluation system for coal mine smart emergency response capability under the background of big data,further expands the research perspective of smart emergency response construction,and enriches academic circles on coal mine emergency management.The research has certain theoretical significance.From a practical point of view,the evaluation and research on the smart emergency response capability of the four coal mines under Henan Coking Coal Energy Co.,Ltd.will help the mining area to further integrate information resources and optimize the online operation environment,which has strong practical application value.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on relevant policy documents and academic literature,explore the influencing factors of the construction of intelligent emergency response capabilities in coal mines,adopt a method of seeking common ground while reserving differences to integrate the different expressions of the same variable in relevant research,and construct a structure that includes information management capabilities,information team capabilities,and data.The evaluation index system of coal mine smart emergency response capability including 5 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators of processing capacity,system integration capability and monitoring and early warning capability.(2)Construct a theoretical model based on the structural equation model,and describe the influence relationship between variables,issue a 230-point questionnaire to experts and scholars in related fields to score the reliability of the evaluation indicators,and carry out the applicability test,reliability and validity of the questionnaire data.The evaluation index system is further verified,and the index weight is determined according to the path coefficient between latent variables,the factor load between latent variables and explicit variables,and the mediating effect between variables.(3)Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,carry out empirical research on Zhongmacun Mine,Zhaogu No.2 Mine,Jiulishan Mine and Guhanshan Mine of Henan Coking Coal Energy Co.,Ltd.Its scores were 82.14 points,85.93 points,84.89 points,82.02 points,all in the good grade.According to the membership degree of the questionnaire,the comprehensive evaluation results,and the actual construction situation,it can be seen that the construction of Zhaogu No.2 Mine is the best,and the information system and system integration ability are strong,but there is a situation that the equipment in the network room is relatively backward.Zhongmacun Mine has outstanding performance in the construction of intelligent working face and information management capability,and has good basic conditions and technical support.The system integration capability of Jiulishan Mine is good,but the system operation and maintenance capability is low.Guhanshan Mine has expanded and upgraded the original system,but the intelligent sensing and video monitoring technology needs to be further improved.In addition,there are two problems in the four mining areas: one is the lack of information technology talent pool;the other is the lack of system maintenance capabilities.(4)Based on the evaluation results of the smart emergency capability of the four coal mines affiliated to Henan Coking Coal Energy Co.,Ltd.,the analysis of influencing factors and the actual construction situation,countermeasures are proposed.The information update mechanism should be further improved,the management business process should be transformed;the information literacy of employees should be improved,the introduction of information personnel should be expanded,and the level of employee information should be strengthened;the underlying technical support should be strengthened to improve system operation and maintenance capabilities;Optimize the performance of monitoring equipment and improve the monitoring and early warning mechanism. |
