Research On The Evaluation Of Locomotive （EMU） Crew Emergency Management Capability

As the last checkpoint of railway transportation safety,when the weather,line,locomotive（EMU）quality,off-road environment and other factors affect the train operation,the crew’s prompt and correct emergency response is the key to reduce the impact and smooth the line.In recent years,although the railway system has realized the importance of emergency handling capability of aircraft maintenance,the level of emergency handling of aircraft maintenance is still not high,because train delays and even accidents caused by improper emergency handling of flight attendants are still difficult to prevent.Based on the comprehensive analysis of abnormal situation and improper emergency disposal problems encountered by locomotive crew during train operation in Jinan Locomotive Depot of Jinan Bureau Group Company from 2016 to 2021,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of crew emergency management ability by using relevant theories and methods such as literature research,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy statistics.The evaluation model of crew emergency management ability is constructed,and the main research achievements are as follows:（1）Sorting out and analyzing the classification of maintenance emergency situation and possible accidents,and defining the key direction of maintenance emergency capability;This paper summarizes the abnormal situation of locomotive crew during train running in jinan Bureau Group company in recent 6 years and the serious improper emergency disposal of locomotive maintenance,and studies the prominent problems of emergency management of locomotive maintenance.（2）Establish indicators of flight attendant emergency management ability based on the incentives of improper flight attendant emergency disposal.By means of literature research,field investigation and questionnaire survey,the first level indexes of energy and outlook,business knowledge reserve,emergency guidance team construction,psychological construction and 18 corresponding second level indexes are extracted,and the index system of emergency management ability of aircraft maintenance is established.（3）According to the established index system of maintenance emergency management,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by using analytic hierarchy process,and the membership degree of each evaluation index is calculated by fuzzy statistical method,and the fuzzy evaluation model is constructed.Taking Jinan locomotive Depot as the research object,the established evaluation system is used to carry out comprehensive evaluation,analyze the overall level of emergency management,and put forward specific improvement suggestions corresponding to the evaluation results.
