Development Strategy Research Of JT Company

JT company is a typical representative enterprise in China’s copper industry.It has the largest open-pit copper mine in Asia and the smelter with the largest single production capacity.It is an enterprise with the highest self-sufficiency rate of raw materials in China.However,in recent years,affected by environmental changes at home and abroad,JT’s development is facing pressure from many aspects.Starting from the internal needs of enterprise development and the response to environmental changes at home and abroad,expansion and development has become an important strategy for JT company to maintain industry competitiveness,consolidate market position and obtain greater industrial development space.This paper uses the methods of literature research,case study and field research to study the expansion development strategy of JT company.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter expounds the background,purpose and significance of this research,summarizes the relevant research literature on enterprise expansion at home and abroad,puts forward the research ideas,framework and methods,and analyzes the key and difficult problems;The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study,which combs and analyzes the relevant theories involved in this study,so as to provide a solid foundation for the follow-up substantive research work;The third chapter is the SWOT analysis of the development status and expansion development strategy of JT company;The fourth chapter is the analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the implementation of JT’s expansion strategy.Based on the analysis of the specific implementation path of JT company’s expansion development strategy,this paper analyzes and studies the problems and reasons existing in its strategy implementation;The fifth chapter is the optimization measures of JT’s expansion development strategy,including the optimization of organizational structure,business system,assessment mechanism and innovation system;The sixth chapter is the research conclusion,main enlightenment,deficiency and Prospect of this paper.The research results of this paper show that the choice of expansion development strategy of JT company has its necessity and inevitability,and has the basic conditions for the implementation of the strategy.The choice of implementation path is in line with the actual situation of the company and has operability;The choice of enterprise expansion and development strategy is closely related to its enterprise scale,industry status,resource endowment and current development status.Internal demand and external pressure together constitute the motivation of enterprise strategic choice;Innovation drive is the key to the successful implementation of enterprise expansion strategy.Technological innovation and management innovation,as the bottom logic,affect the path choice of enterprise expansion and development;The expansion and development of enterprises need to have a solid foundation,and capital,technology,management and other essential resources are indispensable.
