| Under the background of the public ownership economy as the main body in China and the coexistence and common development of various ownership economies,the national economy is developing healthfully and sustainingly.After years of development and efforts,the furniture industry in Hunan Province has grown from the original small-scale industry to 11 furniture industry clusters now,and the competition in the furniture industry is becoming increasingly fierce.How the metal furniture industry in such a market environment to get sustainable and healthy development,it is worth thinking.HY metal products co.,LTD.Is a county in the production of metal furniture for the main products of the small and medium enterprises,Based on the theory of development strategy,this paper analyzes the company's environment and capabilities through PEST analysis tools and five forces model,and finds many problems that hinder the company's development,such as unclear strategic objectives,weak core competitiveness,and insufficient talent reserves.Secondly,the SWOT tool is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats that HY Metal Products Co.,Ltd.faces in the development.The four key points are evaluated by IE matrix,and the growth strategy should be selected by HY Metal Products Co.,Ltd.is determined.Finally around the growth strategy,this paper puts forward the development strategy of optimization of the implementation of the scheme,such as building brand system,strengthening core competitiveness,promoting diversified business,expand sales channels,to optimize the internal management,effective cost control,and combined with the actual situation of HY metal products co.,LTD.,the strategic implementation safeguard measures are put forward.The research of this paper can provide some help for HY Metal Products Co.,Ltd.to improve the economic efficiency,but also can provide some reference for the development of other small and medium-sized enterprises of the same type. |
