With the increasing degree of development and utilization of land resources,the contradiction between man and land has become increasingly prominent.Although economic benefits have been obtained in the development and utilization of land resources,it has also brought about the problem of land ecological security.Correctly handling the coupling relationship between intensive land use and land ecological security is of great significance for alleviating regional conflicts between man and land and promoting the harmonious development of man,land and ecology.In response to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s proposal to speed up the ecological economic system with industrial ecologicalization and ecological industrialization as the main body,solve the contradiction between development and protection,and practice the concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",this paper focuses on the intensive use of land and ecological The analysis of the safe coupling and coordination relationship will help to enrich the content of related research fields,and also help to provide a reference for the sustainable development of land resources.In this paper,taking Shandong Province as the research area,19 evaluation indexes were selected to construct an evaluation system,and the comprehensive index method was used to analyze the comprehensive level of intensive land use and land ecological security.The coupling coordination type of the two was judged by the coupling coordination degree model,and the spatial autocorrelation analysis was carried out.The obstacle degree model was used to analyze the obstacle factors that affected the comprehensive level of the two.Finally,the development trend of coupling coordination in the next five years was predicted by the grey GM(1,1)model,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.(1)From 2010 to 2020,the comprehensive level values of the two systems are on the rise.The comprehensive level of intensive land use has been improved from extensive use to moderate intensive use;The comprehensive level of ecological security has been improved from sensitive level to good level.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the high-value areas of comprehensive level of land intensive use and land ecological security are mainly distributed in the provincial capital cities,the surrounding areas and the eastern coastal areas,and are developing from coastal areas to inland areas.This is in line with the requirements of economic transformation and quality improvement put forward in the 12 th Five-Year Plan and 13 th Five-Year Plan of China.It has changed from low production capacity and high energy consumption to high production capacity and low energy consumption.(2)From 2010 to 2020,the degree of coupling coordination between the two is on the rise,and the type of coupling coordination is from the lag type of barely coordinated land intensive use to the lag type of well coordinated land ecological security.From the perspective of spatial dimension,it shows the spatial pattern distribution characteristics of "high in the east and middle,low in the southwest" as a whole.The area with high coupling coordination is similar to the comprehensive horizontal distribution of the two areas,mainly in the provincial capital cities and the surrounding and eastern coastal areas,and develops continuously from coastal areas to inland areas.The overall development situation is consistent with the role of national policies in promoting regional economy.(3)The results of global spatial autocorrelation analysis in Shandong Province show that the degree of regional coupling coordination tends to be randomly distributed,and there is no obvious dispersion and agglomeration effect.The degree of coupling coordination development is positively correlated and randomly distributed,showing a fluctuating upward development.The results of local spatial autocorrelation analysis in Shandong Province show that the spatial heterogeneity will gradually shift from the southwestern region to the central and northeastern regions of Shandong Province from 2010 to 2020.The overall change situation corresponds to the regional economic development in Shandong Province.(4)From the perspective of criterion level,among the subsystems of land intensive use system,the obstacle degree of output-income level is decreasing year by year,while the obstacle degree of input level is in a relatively stable state,and the utilization intensity level is on the rise,which has a greater and greater impact on land intensive use.Among the subsystems of the ecological security system,the obstacle degree of the response layer and the pressure layer all showed a downward trend,while the obstacle degree of the state layer showed an upward trend.This change is basically in line with the phased deployment of the management objectives of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the ecological environment department.(5)In the next five years,the type of coupling coordination between the two systems of intensive land use and land ecological security in Shandong Province will continue to be optimized,from good coordination to high-quality coordination.Shandong Province should more actively respond to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s call on the relationship between industry and ecology,strictly implement policies for resource and environmental protection,strengthen investment in ecological governance,and at the same time change the way of land use.The degree of coordination between utilization and land ecological security leaps to a better level.
