Research On The Coordinated Development Of Land Use And Ecological Security In China

Land is an important carrier of human production,life and all activities,and in the mother of human wealth.Along with the continuously deepened intensity of land use and the constantly expansion of its range,the irrational use of land has caused a series of ecological security problems.Therefore,the study of the relationship between regional land use and ecological security has become an urgent problem in the current land science.Based on the relevant research,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of land use and ecological security coordinated development,and uses the entropy method,the coefficient of variation method,the cluster analysis method,the ArcGIS spatial analysis method,coordinated development model and other methods to research on spatial and temporal analysis on the coordinated development of land use and ecological security in provinces:In the time dimension,the dynamic changes of the coordinated development level of land use and ecological security in China from 2004 to 2014 were analyzed.In the space demension,the spatial differentiation rules and pattern evolution of land use efficiency,ecological security benefit and coordinated development in each province were studied.According to the actual situation of land use and natural environment,the clustering analysis of the coordinated development degree of each province in 2014 is divided into four strategic zones,and the development measures of each district are put forward.Research indicates:(1)From 2004 to 2014,China's land use efficiency,ecological security benefits and coordinated development degree are generally on the rise,but in the specific changes in the process of fluctuations,while the coordination maintains a more stable state.Coordination degree level belongs to high quality state of coordination because of Coordination degree in 0.90 above.The degree of coordinated development is more than 0.50,the level from 2004-2006 primary coordination development class rose to 2007-2013 medium coordinated development class and then rose to 2014 good coordinated development class.The types of comprehensive evaluation are land use lag type and two synchronous types,except 2011-2012 are land use lag type,other years are both synchronous.(2)From the point of view of the spatial differentiation,the land use efficiency and ecological security benefits of the provinces show certain regional differences.The overall performance is that the land use efficiency of the eastern coastal areas is relatively high,and the ecological security benefits in the western inland areas are relatively high.The clustering of land use efficiency is divided into three categories:The first category is Shanghai,the second category is Beijing,Tianjin,and the third category is the remaining provinces.The classification results are based on the degree of economic and social development.The provinces are divided into four categories,the first category is Tibet,the second category is Qinghai,Xinjiang,Heilongjiang and Jilin,the remaining provinces classified as the third and fourth categories,The classification results are related to the degree of ecological and environmental protection.(3)From the spatial pattern of evolution,the coordination degree of the provinces is high,and its low level develops to high level,coordination degree was gradient spatial distribution.Coordination level in the state of imbalance in the provinces is only Tibet,the distribution of the primary coordination state and the intermediate coordination state is scattered and the scope is shrinking,the distribution of good coordination state does not change much,the status of high quality coordination is mainly in the eastern coastal areas and the distribution is expanding.The coordinated development level of the provinces is the level of decline in recession class,the critical imbalance in the class,the level of coordinated development and intermediate coordination of the development of four categories,the overall of coordinated development is not high.The recession is located in the western inland areas,the early and intermediate coordinated development are located in the eastern coastal areas,the critical imbalance is located in the middle and western inland areas and its wides range,and continues to expand.The ecological security lag in the comprehensive evaluation type is distributed in the eastern coastal areas.The land use lag is distributed in the middle and western inland areas,and both are synchronized in the eastern coastal areas and central inland areas and their scope is expanding,reflecting the national ecological security pressure growth.(4)In 2014.the coordinated development of the provinces is mainly divided into primary coordination development,critical disorders recession and disorders recession,among which most of the provinces belong to the critical imbalance,primary coordination development class has Beijing and zhejiang,disorder recession is only in Tibet.In the process of land use,economic factors.industrial "three wastes" emissions.investment in environmental pollution control and other factors are the main reasons of the result of the gap between regional land use and ecological security coordinated development.(5)This paper divides four strategic regions into China:breaking the development strategy area,strengthening the development strategy area,integrating the development strategy area and the sustainable development strategy area,and puts forward the countermeasures of land use and ecological security coordinated development.Breaking the development strategy area should play the potential of land resources and the natural environment;Strengthening the development strategy area should be adjusted the land use and established of environmentally friendly land use model;Integrating the development strategy area should optimize the land use structure and establish the ecological environment compensation mechanism;The sustainable development strategy area should be based on the connotation of the land to tap the potential and be strengthened the ecological environment governance.
