| The oil and gas production IOT is the highly integrated and comprehensive application for the Internet industry and oil and gas industry, as well as the concentrated reflection of integration of industrialization and informationization. Thus the construction of digital oil and gas fields is the inevitable development trend for China’s oil and gas companies in the future digital age.In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the combination of the production management and digitization such as data collection, process control, parameter optimization and scheduling based on oil and gas production fields such as well site and station, is becoming more and more closely. The Internet of Things which is based on automation technology, communication technology and information technology will play an important role in the field of intelligent identification, data acquisition, data transmission, data integration, data application and so on. Integration of oil and gas production and Internet of Things technology will be the inevitable trend of digital oil and gas fields development.From the basic concept of IOT and digital oil and gas fields, this paper studied and analyzed the implementation model and implementation effect for oil and gas production IOT technology, which combined IOT and digital surface engineering in the digital oil gas fields. This paper also studied relevant technologies for the construction of digital oil and gas fields, including IOT technology, communication technology and natural gas surface engineering and management relevant theories, and it proved that the necessity and feasibility for oil and gas production IOT building and application in the digital oil gas fields. According to the functional requirements, business requirements and technical requirements of the oil and gas production IOT in the digital oil and gas field, this paper designed the technical architecture of the oil and gas production IOT which applied in the digital oil and gas field. With the demonstration construction of oil and gas production IOT in the An Yue gas field, the production data in the digital oil and gas fields automatic collection, transmission, storage, processing, analysis, publishment, management and application as well as remote monitoring and safety warning of production management were realized, the real-time and accuracy of the oil and gas production management and decision-making were improved. |
