With the continuous development of science and technology,concepts such as industry 4.0 and Internet+ manufacturing have been put forward.Intelligent manufacturing has become a hot spot in the manufacturing industry of various countries,and the digitalization and informatization reform of traditional manufacturing industry has become the general trend.However,the information interaction between information data and physical space in the assembly line is still insufficient.Herein,we proposed the intelligent assembly line CPS based on the theory of digital twinning to solve the problems existing in current assembly line in production planning,status monitoring and scheduling.Based on this technology,a manufacturing system was designed to monitor the actual assembly line,schedule production and test the production data of all kinds of products in the production process,realizing better information interaction between physical and virtual workshop.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,3D drawing software was used to build the 3D model of the assembly line.Aiming at the complexity of the original model,a triangular slice processing method was adopted to lightweight the model,realizing the smoother operation without affecting the function of the original model.Meanwhile,aiming at the low intelligence degree of assembly line and imperfect collection measures of production data,a production information model and an MES interface system that meets the functional requirements of production line and product process flow was established and designed,realizing the scheduling of production site and the collection and control of various production data.Secondly,to solve the low flexibility of line products,two algorithms named Tabu Search Algorithm and batch flexible assembly algorithm were employed based on the different processing operation scene of parts and products processing technology in the transmission mechanism in the process of production to achieve production scheduling of production and the optimal solution of multi-constraint target problem of workshop scheduling.Finally,the verification test based on the number of twin intelligent assembly line the CPS system was conducted showing that the system preformed good statistics and monitoring abilities in the realization of information interaction of physical and virtual workshop,product order plan of production scheduling and assembly line production process visualization of product data in the process of the production.
