| With the proposal and implementation of China’s "Intelligent Manufacturing 2025" strategy,digital twin,as an emerging development technology,can communicate virtual models with physical entities,and can fully construct industrial production units and robot systems.Parts processing and assembly is an important part of industrial production,and how to quickly and effectively study the virtual model of the production line body and the simulation of physical entity is of great significance.Aiming at the problems of repeated installation,debugging and improvement of equipment installation and difficult quality control in the development and production process,a digital twin based assembly line design and quality control research is proposed,and the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the NX MCD virtual simulation platform is introduced,according to the overall structure of the assembly line body and the simulation framework process,the digital twin virtual model design of the assembly line body is carried out,and NX MCD is selected as a tool to establish,assemble,simulate and optimize the virtual model of the assembly line body,and finally the 3D model simulation verification is completed for the actual on-site operation process.Secondly,the assembly line body control system scheme is studied.Mainly analyze the demand of the line assembly system,explain the hardware composition of the assembly line,design the control system according to the production and processing assembly process,and construct the environmental configuration of the assembly line controller PLC,including gateway construction,program writing,and man-machine interface setting.Third,the virtual and real debugging problem of the assembly line body is studied.The communication scheme of the assembly line was determined to adopt PROFINET’s industrial fieldbus mode;According to the R&D process of twin-based equipment,the virtual debugging framework of the assembly line body was determined.Based on the connection between the digital twin physical entity and the virtual model,the virtual reality mapping of the twin model is validated.Finally,a quality control method for assembly process based on digital twin technology is proposed,and the quality data is analyzed and predicted by using Markov method,so as to realize the collection,analysis and feedback of quality data in the assembly process.The usability of the quality control method of complex product assembly process based on digital twin technology is verified,and the digital twin of assembly process quality control is built through physical entity,virtual model,communication connection and data interaction between the three,so as to improve efficiency. |
