Research On The Development Of Eco-agriculture In Jingtai County,Baiyin City

In recent years,Jingtai County,Baiyin City,without changing the surface structure and increasing the existing water consumption,has built the whole industrial chain system of ecological agriculture through the treatment and improvement of saline-alkali land and drip irrigation technology under membrane.However,because it is located in the transition zone between loess Plateau and desert area,Jingtai County still faces a series of problems in promoting the development of ecological agriculture,such as scarce rainfall,continuous drop of groundwater level,gradual salinization and desertification of soil.How to develop ecological agriculture under the constraints of existing resources and environment and realize the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture has gradually become a realistic problem to be solved urgently in Jingtai County.This paper first examines the baiyin jingtai county of ecological agriculture development present situation,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct jingtai county of ecological agriculture development level evaluation model of jingtai county to evaluate the development level of ecological agriculture,and then to jingtai county of ecological agriculture development in-depth analysis of existing problems,finally put forward suitable for jingtai county pertinence countermeasures and Suggestions on the development of ecological agriculture.According to the evaluation results of the development level of ecological agriculture in Jingtai County,the comprehensive score of the development level of ecological agriculture in Jingtai County is 3.3653,between "medium" and "good".Among them,social benefit scored the highest(4.2558),followed by ecological benefit(3.7725),and economic benefit(3.3937).The main problems facing the development of ecological agriculture in Jingtai county are as follows:low acceptance ability of ecological agriculture science and technology,imperfect financial support and incentive mechanism,lagging laws and regulations related to ecological agriculture,research and development and promotion of ecological agriculture technology need to be strengthened,and slow integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries of characteristic agriculture.For problems in jingtai county of ecological agriculture development,relevant countermeasures and Suggestions to:improve the ecological agriculture technology training mechanism,increase the intensity of policy and funding support,to speed up the leading enterprises cultivation,perfect the legal system of ecological agriculture,ecological agriculture technology research,industry integration management system innovation,accelerate the convergence of characteristic industry.
