| Agriculture is the mainstay of the country.With the widespread use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in agricultural activities,it has stimulated the increase of agricultural productivity to a certain extent,but it has also caused a certain degree of negative impact on the agricultural environment.Ecological recycling agriculture using modern management tools and combining environmental construction and rural economic development is one of the ways of efficient ecological agriculture.Xin Cai County,as a nationally important grain production base,has a certain degree of ecological recycling agriculture development,but there are also many problems.Therefore,how to change the theoretical and scientific experience of ecological circular agriculture into practical application,change the traditional governance of ecology and environment into green protection,and change the transient development of rural agriculture into long-term development within Xin Cai County,so as to ensure guaranteed food security,strong agricultural development and more stable ecosystem in Xin Cai County,is an important issue that needs to be solved for the development of agriculture in Xin Cai County.This paper identifies the concept of ecological recycling agriculture by studying the problems and countermeasures of ecological recycling agriculture development in Xin Cai County as the core content,combining domestic and foreign research,and applying the knowledge and methods of ecological economic theory,circular economy theory,sustainable development theory and other related disciplines.Through four major methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method,case study method and qualitative analysis method,we grasp the current system of ecological recycling agriculture development in Xin Cai County,analyze the three ecological recycling agriculture development modes of Xin Cai County,such as value-added utilization of straw,comprehensive utilization of waste and forest and poultry symbiosis,and point out the problems faced by understanding ecological recycling agriculture in Xin Cai County:(1)the ecological recycling concept of participating subjects is shallow,and professional talents are relatively(2)unbalanced regional allocation of comprehensive utilization resources and imperfect industrial chain;(3)mismatch between waste treatment and production capacity and insufficient technical reserve;(4)imperfect relevant policy guarantee and mechanism and insufficient capital investment.By studying the successful experiences of foreign ecological recycling agriculture including Japan,Israel and the United States,and analyzing the ecological recycling agriculture practices in Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province,Hejiang County of Sichuan Province and Songyuan City of Jilin Province,valuable experiences were derived.Eventually came out with countermeasure suggestions for the development of ecological recycling agriculture in Xin Cai County:(1)intellectual guarantee: improve the professional level of participating subjects;(2)configuration guarantee: break the barriers of industrial infrastructure;(3)technical guarantee: improve the technical level of ecological recycling agriculture;(4)policy guarantee: strengthen the construction of ecological recycling agriculture system. |
