In the period of sustained and rapid economic development in my country,the industrialization development and urbanization process are continuously advancing,and the resulting ecological environment pollution problem has become more and more serious,and the government departments are paying more and more attention to environmental protection,a major social issue..During the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" period,my country has increased investment in the basic supporting facilities for environmental protection,which has strongly promoted the market demand of various industries.The overall scale of the environmental protection industry has expanded rapidly,and the industrial application field has been further expanded.In recent years,as an ecological and environmental protection industry with important strategic significance in my country,its development prospects are very optimistic.The BT environmental protection company studied in this paper is a domestic listed environmental protection company.Its main direction is focused on water ecological watershed management and industrial water recycling,and runs through the entire process of environmental protection projects,including environmental protection project investment,design services,Construction and project operation.In the past two decades,it has accumulated rich customer resources,and its development scale has continued to expand.However,due to the constant changes in the domestic and foreign market environment,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the national and local policies are constantly changing,which has brought huge challenges to its sustainable development.Therefore,this paper analyzes the marketing situation of BT environmental protection enterprises and their existing problems,and uses marketing management analysis tools to carry out in-depth analysis.First,use PEST strategy to analyze the macro environment of the company’s market economy,use STP marketing strategy to analyze the company’s industry division,select the main target market and determine industry positioning,and finally use the 4P marketing theory to analyze the company’s marketing strategy.Combined with the company itself and the actual situation,optimize the formulation of the company’s marketing strategy and implementation of safeguard measures,and provide suggestions and countermeasures for the company to find an effective sustainable development path in the unpredictable market competition.
