Study On The Influencing Factors Of Private Enterprises’ Participation In Eco-environmental PPP Projects

With the continuous innovation in the field of ecological construction and environmental protection,our country pays more attention to the environment,and puts forward higher requirements on the ecological construction and environmental protection industry.For PPP projects in the ecological construction and environmental protection industry,private enterprises can provide Funds,models,technologies and other support promote the development of the industry.Therefore,introducing PPP projects into the ecological construction and environmental protection industry,and adopting measures to encourage private enterprises to participate,is a basic requirement for the further development of the ecological environmental protection industry.Therefore,for the development of ecological and environmental protection PPP projects,it is of great significance to increase the participation of private enterprises.This article selects the influencing factors of private enterprises participating in eco-environmental protection PPP projects from the enterprise,government,and project levels,and includes 202 eco-environmental PPP projects participated by 76 private enterprises and299 eco-environmental protection PPP projects participated by 157 non-private enterprises.As the research object,the BP-DEMATEL model is used to analyze the influencing factors,and the cause and result factors that affect the participation of private enterprises and non-private enterprises in the ecological environment protection PPP project are identified,which are further divided into strong driving factors,driving factors,and strong driving factors.Characteristic factors,characteristic factors,and key factors are identified.The analysis results show that the factors affecting the participation of private enterprises in the eco-environmental protection PPP project are the number of relevant policies of private enterprises and government attention.Among them,the strong driving factor is the number of relevant policies of private enterprises,and the driving factor is government attention.The result factors of private enterprises in Shanghai participating in ecological and environmental protection PPP projects are: information disclosure,the industry background of the company,etc.,among which the strong characteristic factor is information disclosure,and the characteristic factor is the industry background of the enterprise,etc.,which are the key to the participation of private enterprises in the ecology and environmental protection PPP project Factors are the number of policies related to private enterprises,etc.;the factors affecting non-private enterprises’ participation in eco-environmental PPP projects are: government attention,the region where the company belongs,etc.The strong driving factor is government attention,and the driving factor is the region where the company belongs Etc.,the factors that affect the participation of non-sector private enterprises in ecological environmental protection PPP projects are: government financial capacity,enterprise scale,etc.,the strong characteristic factor is government financial capacity,the characteristic factor is enterprise scale,etc.,which affect non-sector private enterprises to participate in ecological environmental protection PPP projects The key factor is government attention and so on.On this basis,suggestions were put forward to private enterprises and non-private enterprises in Shanghai to increase their participation in ecological and environmental protection PPP projects.
