With the increasingly prominent environmental issues,the country has continuously increased efforts to improve the ecological environment.In 2010,the environmental protection industry was included in the national strategic emerging industry,entering a high-speed development stage.At the beginning of 2020,the outbreak and continuation of novel coronavirus had a great impact on the environmental protection industry,and the environmental protection enterprises were also deeply affected.At the end of 2022,the epidemic situation was fully liberalized,and the market gradually returned to normal,ushering in new development opportunities for environmental protection enterprises.Under the dual background of the rapid development of the environmental protection industry and the post epidemic era,environmental protection enterprises are facing rare opportunities and severe challenges.How can environmental protection enterprises optimize their marketing strategies to meet customer needs,improve market share,and achieve the goals of sustainable operation and enhanced market competitiveness.This article takes Jiangxi A Environmental Protection Enterprise as the research goal,combs and analyzes the marketing theory and research status at home and abroad,analyzes its internal and external resources and environment,understands the operation status,market positioning,and marketing strategies of Jiangxi A Environmental Protection Enterprise,and uses a questionnaire survey method to analyze the problems faced by current marketing strategies and the reasons for their formation.Finally,use 4Ps marketing theory to optimize marketing strategies,while improving organizational,technical,talent,and other aspects of security measures,so that the optimized marketing strategy can be smoothly implemented and improve business performance.
