Path Selection And Optimization Of Rural Ecological Revitalization Based On Refined Governance

With the continuous improvement of rural productivity,the rural economy has also developed rapidly.However,in the process of economic development,the ecological environment has also been polluted and damaged,and ecological problems have appeared in the villages to varying degrees.In order to protect the ecological environment and build a beautiful China,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and ecological revitalization is one of its important contents.To achieve rural ecological revitalization,rural ecology needs to be managed.At present,rich practical experience has been accumulated in rural ecological governance: leading rural ecological governance with party building,establishing ecological compensation mechanisms,and assisting rural ecological governance with big data,etc.,which have improved villagers’ environmental awareness and improved the system and mechanism of ecological governance..However,in the process of rural ecological governance,there are still dilemmas in terms of value concept,governance structure,governance process and governance mechanism.The refined turn of ecological governance,through the discussion of the theory and practice of rural ecological governance,analyzes the specific path of rural ecological governance.From the perspective of refinement,this paper uses theoretical analysis,questionnaires,interviews and other methods to first expound the concepts and theories related to rural ecological governance and refined governance,and deeply analyze the theoretical basis of rural ecological refinement governance.Secondly,taking Rongshui County,Guangxi as an example,it summarizes the rural ecological governance work in Rongshui County and the governance achievements in recent years,and analyzes the current difficulties of rural ecological governance in Rongshui,such as the vague concept of ecological value and governance structure.Fragmentation,extensive governance process,formalized governance mechanism,etc.,and in-depth traceability of the causes of these difficulties.Finally,in view of the dilemma in rural ecological governance,the optimization path of rural ecological refined governance is proposed,and the reform of rural ecological refined governance is promoted by seeking to reshape the governance concept,optimize the governance structure,integrate the governance process,and reform the governance mechanism.
