| Facing the challenges of global warming,resource depletion and environmental pollution,people are paying more and more attention to the conservation and utilization of energy and the protection of the ecological environment.With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the process of urban integration is accelerating,and people’s requirements for the living environment are getting higher and higher,and they are paying more attention to the construction and creation of a more environmentally friendly,green and sustainable living environment.As the cell of the urban structure,the community is the basic unit that constitutes the city,and it is also the main place for people to live.It has universal participation and sustainability.The green community is an important unit for building a green city and achieving social harmony and sustainable development.The construction of green communities can better implement the concepts of green development and circular economy,and has practical significance.First of all,this article describes the relevant theories of green communities,and summarizes the research status of green communities and the evaluation index system.It focuses on the United States and the United States LEED-ND evaluation system,the United Kingdom BREEAM-Communities evaluation system,the Japanese CASBEE evaluation system and China’s Green settlement standards,Technical Assessment Manual for Green and Low-Carbon Settlements to analyze and summarize the experience worthy of reference for our country.At the same time,an "indicator pool" is constructed,and representative indicators are selected from the indicator pool through correlation analysis and empirical analysis,and finally a green community evaluation indicator system that conforms to my country’s national conditions is established.Secondly,after the establishment of a green community indicator evaluation system including 6 primary indicators and 21 secondary indicators,the indicators in the established green community indicator evaluation system were further explained,and the AHP-entropy was used to calculate each indicator.For the weight of each indicator,the grey clustering evaluation methodis used to calculate the score of the community,and finally the corresponding grade is divided to judge the green level of the community.Finally,the G community in Wuchang District,Wuhan City is selected as the evaluation object,and the final score of the G community is calculated to be 6.712 points,indicating that the green level of the community is good.Cases are used to demonstrate the practicability and effectiveness of the green community evaluation index system,and corresponding suggestions for subsequent community improvement are put forward based on the evaluation results. |
