With the transformation and upgrading of China’s social development,the construction industrialization reform has become an inevitable road.Prefab building,as an important carrier for the transformation and upgrading of traditional construction industry,can not only save manpower and reduce energy consumption,but also improve the overall quality and performance of buildings and effectively improve the urban environment in the process of construction.It has gradually become one of the mainstream directions of current construction development.However,accidents occur frequently in the actual construction process,and the construction safety of prefabricated buildings has become the focus of current social attention.How to effectively reduce safety accidents has become one of the major problems that need to be solved urgently.As the root cause of safety accidents,vulnerability will provide new research ideas for discussing the mechanism of safety accidents in prefabricated building construction and establishing a more scientific safety evaluation system.Based on the relevant theories of safety and vulnerability in prefabricated building construction,this paper discusses the dialectical relationship between system vulnerability and safety,and analyzes the advantages of safety evaluation in prefabricated building construction considering vulnerability in combination with the traditional safety accident causation theory.On this basis,from the perspective of system,this paper explores the mechanism of safety accidents in prefabricated building construction,puts forward the idea of influencing factor identification based on Hall’s THREE-DIMENSIONAL integration idea,and establishes a more comprehensive,systematic and accurate safety evaluation index system for prefabricated building construction based on RS theory.Considering that the essence of prefabricated building construction safety evaluation is to discuss the closeness between the actual safety state and the ideal safety state of the project,the vector included Angle cosine method is chosen to establish the evaluation model.However,although the vector included Angle cosine method can make a scientific evaluation of the project safety level intuitively and conveniently,it cannot further explore the main obstacles that affect the project safety level.Therefore,the obstacle factor diagnosis model is introduced to improve it,and the prefabricated building construction safety evaluation model based on vector included Angle cosine-obstacle factor diagnosis is established,so as to realize complete prefabricated building construction safety evaluation research.Finally,the above model is applied to an example analysis,which verifies the scientific nature and practicability of the evaluation model,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the safety level of prefabricated building construction according to the evaluation results.
