| Under the condition of limited resources and environment, with the rapid urbanization and industrialization, the disadvantages such as continuous increase of energy consumption, increasingly serious environmental pollution, inefficient use of land resources and serious imbalance of land supply and demand are gradually highlighted, and the contradiction between economic development and ecological construction is increasingly prominent. In the context of promoting low-carbon development and ecological civilization construction, the study of eco-efficiency has become a hot spot and is urgently needed in the new era.On this basis, the study of land use eco-efficiency,which evolved from land use efficiency and eco-efficiency,has gradually become an important method for comprehensive assessment of regional economic and ecological balanced development and is widely used.Guizhou Province is an important ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the two rivers, and as the only national ecological civilization pilot area in the west,it highlights its important pilot and demonstration significance in the construction of regional ecological civilization. In particular, the decade since 2010 has been called the "golden decade" of Guizhou’s development, with rapid economic growth, rapid infrastructure construction, and continuous increase in urbanization rate, which has also brought about great changes in land use,but at the same time has brought about great pressure on resources and environment.Based on the theories and evaluation methods related to land use efficiency and eco-efficiency,this paper selects 88 counties in Guizhou Province as the overall research object, measures and analyzes the eco-efficiency of land use in counties in Guizhou Province from 2010 to 2020 by using the super-efficient SBM model with non-expected output and Malmquist index, and conducts an in-depth study on the temporal evolution pattern, spatial differentiation characteristics and spatial correlation of land use eco-efficiency in each county from 2010 to 2020 by using kernel density curve, standard deviation ellipse model, spatial autocorrelation test and geographic information technology.Through the kernel density curve, standard deviation ellipse model, spatial autocorrelation test and geographic information technology, the temporal and spatial evolution patterns, spatial differentiation characteristics and spatial correlation of land use eco-efficiency in each county were studied in depth, and the spatial Durbin model was established to analyze the influencing factors. The main findings of the study are as follows.(1)In terms of time series changes, from 2010 to 2020,the ecological efficiency of land use in Guizhou province is at a medium efficiency level, and its average ecological efficiency value is 0.74,which has not reached the effective value. With the passage of time, the overall trend is gradually decreasing, and there is still much room for improvement.Based on the dynamic analysis of Malmquist index, the overall total factor productivity in Guizhou province shows a gradual upward trend, and the comprehensive technical efficiency is the key factor to improve the land use eco-efficiency,and also the core driving force to narrow the regional differences.(2)From the perspective of temporal evolution, the eco-efficiency of land use in Guizhou Province shows the unbalanced evolutionary characteristics of"polarization,in which the overall high-efficiency areas keep decreasing and the low-efficiency areas keep increasing. However,in the Qianzhong urban agglomeration, the high-efficiency area tends to increase, but the gap between the two peaks widens, and there are obvious differences within the region.(3)From the spatial differentiation characteristics, the ecological efficiency of land use in Guizhou province mainly shows a strip-like contiguous distribution pattern of "low in the middle and high in the north and south".The high-efficiency areas are mainly distributed in areas with good economic foundation and developing new green industries,or in areas with mainly ecological tourism resources and relatively small land resource input. The low efficiency zones are mainly distributed in the areas of counties with mainly traditional industries, accompanied by high pollution and high consumption. The ecological efficiency of land use in the Qianzhong urban agglomeration shows a contiguous distribution pattern of "high in the north and low in the west",and the radiation-driven effect of the central high-efficiency zone increases with time. The spatial distribution of land-use eco-efficiency in Guizhou province shows the characteristics of scattering before clustering, and the average center is mainly in the core area of Qianzhong, and the position moves northward gradually with a small deviation.(4)In terms of global spatial autocorrelation, the spatial distribution of county land use eco-efficiency in Guizhou province from 2010 to 2020 is not randomly distributed and has significant positive spatial correlation. In terms of local autocorrelation, the ecological efficiency of land use in counties in Guizhou province is mainly dominated by high-high and low-low agglomeration patterns,it indicates that there is a positive spatial correlation in the study area and different degrees of spatial dependence with neighboring areas.(5)The results of the spatial Durbin model show that the level of economic development, government intervention, social development, and education have a significant positive contribution to the ecological efficiency of land use in the region, and the level of regional investment has a significant negative effect on the ecological efficiency of land use in the region;the optimization of industrial structure has a positive spillover effect on the ecological efficiency of land use in neighboring regions, and the level of government intervention and environmental governance has a negative spillover effect on the ecological efficiency of land use in neighboring regions.Based on the above findings, this study proposes the following countermeasures:first, implement differentiated land policies for different levels of economic development, optimize industrial structure to promote low-carbon and efficient use of land resources;second, the government exerts macro-control ability to optimize the land input-output structure;third,to bring into play the core position of the Qianzhong urban agglomeration to drive up the overall land use eco-efficiency level and stimulate positive spillover effects;fourth, strengthen the ability to train talents, establish the concept of green and low-carbon development, and people change to a more environmentally friendly and low-carbon production method by exerting subjective initiative to carry out technological innovation and develop new energy sources to enhance comprehensive land productivity. |
