| At present,China is actively promoting ecological civilization.This is not only an inherent requirement for improving the quality and efficiency of development and accelerating the transformation of the economic development pattern,but also an inevitable choice for promoting social harmony and putting people first.In August 2016,Guizhou was listed as one of the first three national ecological civilization experimental zones by the central government.In October 2017,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Implementation Plan of the National Ecological Civilization Pilot Zone(Guizhou),which is of great significance for the ecological civilization construction in Guizhou Province.On February 21,2021,the State Council issued the No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee--Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating the Modernization of Agriculture and Rural Areas.The document indicates that in rural revitalization,ecological livability is the key,a good ecological environment is the advantage and precious wealth,and "clear waters and green mountains" should be maintained.Let a good ecological environment become a strong foundation and driving force to promote rural development.While doing a good job in ecological and environmental protection,we also need to ensure the stable,sustainable,efficient and healthy development of the ecosystem and social and economic systems.Therefore,from the perspective of land use transition research,this paper takes Guizhou Province as the research area,uses the current data of three phases of land use in 2000,2010 and 2018,and uses Arc GIS software to analyze the quantity,speed and transfer matrix of the three phases of land use transition in Guizhou Province.By using geographic detection,geographically weighted regression,combined with the ecological service value calculation model,the authors calculated the ecosystem service value of Guizhou Province and analyzed the influencing factors of the ecosystem service value.At the same time,according to the supply and demand of ecosystem services,Guizhou province is divided into ecological control areas and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows :(1)The main land use types in Guizhou Province are cultivated land and woodland.The proportion of cultivated land decreased continuously,while that of forest land increased first and then decreased,and that of construction land increased rapidly.The net increase of construction land was the largest.(2)The ESV of Guizhou Province increased at first and then decreased,with an accumulative increase of 1.246 billion yuan.The ESV of forest land was the largest,followed by grassland,and the ESV of unused land was the smallest.Ecosystem services in Guizhou Province are mainly climate regulation,hydrological regulation and soil conservation.(3)From the perspective of the overall time period,there was no significant difference in the range of increase and decrease of land ESV in Guizhou Province.The decreasing areas were mainly concentrated in Bijie,Qiannan and Guiyang,while the increasing areas were mainly concentrated in Zunyi and Tongren.From 2000 to 2018,ESV increased due to the transfer of cultivated land to grassland and woodland,while decreased due to the transfer of woodland to construction land.(4)The influence degree of each factor on ESV is in descending order:agricultural output value > population density >slope >forestry output value > precipitation,among which agricultural output value has the largest influence on ESV,and population density has a significant negative influence on ESV.(5)According to the supply and demand of ecosystem services,the 88 districts and counties in Guizhou Province were divided into four types: ecological coordination type,ecological restoration type,ecological remolding type and ecological development type,and corresponding policy suggestions were put forward for different types. |
